I don't care while it isn't some half-baked eleventh title of a franchise raped beyond recognition on shelves again just to fill some more money into their pockets. They publish great games, but developers have to sell their souls just to have an EA sticker on the cover, and a cheesy ad in the game.

@franciscojavierm no doubt at all. i agree with you entirely. im just saying comparing valve to EA is kind of a lop sided comparison just because, as you said, valve does all of those things themselves, while EA is just a publisher. afaik, they dont make anything themselves. i suppose that furthers your point though.

@Donut117 You're right too, but EA was once a decent developer too, but it went all "corporate" and now it is just a bunch of suits only making decisions... many times the wrong kind that result in a lot of enraged costumers. What's more important is that Gabe should learn something about this to remind him to keep his rag on a stick down to Earth, after all, one can make tons of money with sensible business practices, different from the ones which corrupted other forms of entertainment
