Fascinating footage. I worked in Tanzania for 6 years, in fairly primative conditions, and it was heaven. I can imagine how great it must have been then, very unspoiled and clean.

It was a different time i know but it still feels weird, seeing them doing all the hard work, for little money to pay massive taxes so the british wouldnt throw them in jail..

First of all im not AA. Im african. back in those times african tribes didn;t see other tribes as their "own" The slaves were members of other tribes captured during wars or slave-raids. They exchanged slaves for europeans good and guns! Do you know why? Because during that time it was enslaved or being enslaved. How many africans leaders fought against slavery?
