I don't know what would be the appropriate word describe our situation or my feelings about it. Frightening? Saddening? Distressing? Enraging? Or maybe all of this combined?
It is really very hard to see this beautiful, diverse world to take this course because of the ignorance of a single species. In general, where is our alleged intelligence and humanity, which we are constantly boasting about? Are Humans Smarter Than Yeast?
