This come from the start of the Best of the Lone Ranger VHS collection. Because, both VHS tapes are distributed by UAV Corporation, and have the 1991 logo.
i ran the text in the description through Yahoo's babel fish to turn it into engrish. what i got was: From a video recording Issuing company's quite ordinary opening business nominal U V company, outside fortress mill, SC. How is the notice animation the dispatch in reply and prompts me to listen carefully nearly the world vision to withstand gigantically tinkle very fast moves. I video recording's start have discovered this in Andy the Griffis.
There's another UAV logo (with the same jingle) I remember from a tape I once had of the Japanese-American import "Tales of Magic": It began with this starfield, showing an "adjust VCR tracking for best picture" disclaimer for a few seconds, then had a U.S. flag flying off into the screen, followed by a glinting star. In flew red and blue UAV letters in a 70's-type font, ending with a white star tumbling in and landing itself on the "A", then the whole logo was outlined with white.
I imagine the one with Curly is Disorder in the Court, since I think that's the only one with Curly that's in the public domain. The ones with Shemp might be Brideless Groom.
When the sound sounded like a jetplane landing, the logo actually did what it did when it sounded like a jetplane taking off, except it was backwards, so the logo is a palendrome (I hope I spelled it right).
I rented Big Trucks, Tractors and Trains from 1999.

I saw an alternate version of the UAV logo on a tape they made of "Inspector Gadget."
Speaking of UAV, would you believe that when they were not distributing cartoons from Public Domain Hell?

I illustrated over 75 video covers for them in the 90's. They kind of sucked as a company.

Well dang. How so?
Brillemeister 2 years ago
They paid pretty poorly and a couple of the art directors they had were borderline psychotic.

The first half should be played at the beginning of TV shows and the second half should be played at the end of them.

How did they go out of business?
MysticArksRevenge 4 years ago 2
I do like the company, except the only problem is they use public domain cartoons, which means the cartoons have moderate to severe film scratches.
MysticArksRevenge 4 years ago
Actually, MysticArksRevenge, I recall seeing a few rare prints of Famous Studios cartoons.
One had the complete opening.

Is the UAV logo a boat?

That's actually quite scary, just how slow it is. Reminds me of hurtling through space.
