Swindle is a gorgeous little bit o' plastic. I got him recently (after I said I wasn't going tp buy anymore TFs until Auto Assembly. Meh.) and I have to say he's fast, fast becoming one of my faves. Am I alone in thinking that, generally, the smaller Animated figures tend to be much more successful than the larger ones? I mean, my largest is Leader Class Megatron, and although I love 'im, he is definitely the weakest in my collection (barring the supremely gorgeous Animated Shockwave...

...the rest are ALL deluxes). When you compare Megs to the likes of Lockdown (friggin' beautiful) or Oilslick (similarly enchanting) or little swindle here (plastic marriage material), he just doesn't seem as well conceived. 5/5.

If you've already done Onslaught, then i apologize, btu i would love to see you review him. Swindle is a brilliant figure, but for some reason, i could never get mine to roll due to the robot chest sticking below the wheels. That and he is vertically challenged. even so, he may make his way back to my shelf.

HOW BEHIND ARE YOU ON NEWS?!

Animated Ironhide was announced at Botcon to be released in the "Eventually coming out somehow, we promise" Animated waves along with Rodimus, Arcee, Keytar Soundwave, Cybertron mode Ratchet (who shares a mold with Ironhide save head), Wasp, and.. I think something else. Freeway Jazz? And then that repaint of Oil Slick showed up in pictures like 2 days later.

Ironhide will likely disappoint you by being all space crab truck rather than Earthtacular SUV, though.

I've had that yellow guy since I was a kid! Got him off a mate. I only just found out what he is, he's a knockoff from this thing called Orguss (had to ask 4chan). The original had these massive chunked-out arms, but my friend had already snapped them off... Makes sense that he wanted to get rid of it, I guess!
