I really doubt ''Indian Caucasoids'' wiped the Jarawa out. The common paternal Y-haplogroup in the Onges and Jarawas (Haplogroup D) is completely absent in mainland Indians, and is only found common in the Japanese & Tibetans. If these people were the indigenous population of India, then there would be some evidence of this haplogroup in mainland Indians, but there isn't.

It's more the evidence that the Andaman negritos are the ancestors of East Asians not Indians.

Most anthropologists, that study them, have no intention of disrupting the Jarawa traditional way of life. On the contrary, it is more beneficial for an anthropologist if the ppl are less influenced by modern society (they can then get an accurate study of the Jarawa). We should keep in mind, that many of them will not trade information without recieving gifts. that's how anthros get to know them.

Physically (or morphologically) they are similar (nearly identical really) to greater African Bantu types (they look similar to African Pygmies, but are not related.... as Jarawas/Adamanese are much older than Pygmies).
