You only write 'without prejudice' on any statement you make such that said may not be used against you.

You write 'under coercion' above any signature on any document that you are told you 'must' sign against your will...and most especially when said is being handed you by an individual with a gun strapped to their waist.

I love this guy and he could make a fortune representing all the poor "illegal immigrants" trying to live their peaceful lives as non citizens along side the rest of non citizens that happened not to be labeled "illegal immigrants" just because they did not walk across a border but came out of a vagina of a non citizen living in a non state at the time she gave birth to her own non citizen. We the People created the Constitution (people are superior (sovereign)to the gov.) The 14th ammendment created "citizens" subject to the gov.jurisdiction (inferior), but only if you WANT TO BE. I have heard these idea before and believe them to be fascinating. But I also understand that everything that the people that belong to the violent monopoly do is arbitrary. Further I didn't create anything. A few individuals wrote words on paper. That's it. The government is a concept but in reality all that exists are men with guns who will cage or kill you if you don't obey.

You say that "We the people .....ordain and establish..." and your courts said "the sovereignty is in the people" and your legislature enacted a statute that says "the people to not yield their sovereignty to the [government]"? The 14th amendment did not create a new or inferior status of "citizenship," notwithstanding there is no such thing as "citizenship." The only thing the 14th amendment accomplished was to extend that status of "citizen of the United States" to races other then white, notwithstanding its illegal ratification.

Oh really? Why are you constantly asked if you are a U.S. citizen then on just about every form you have to sign. Are you a Taxpayer? Did you sign a signature card at the Bank? On it you gave up your social security # in a box where you swore under penalty of perjury you were a Taxpayer. Ask to see you sig card. If you quack like a duck and swear your a duck-your a duck. Writing the phrase "without prejudice" above your signature will make no difference when the government chooses to enforce whatever document you signed.

Do you really believe a group of man and women that force you to enter into a contract at gunpoint will give a shit if you complain that the contract is unenforceable because you reserved your "rights" beforehand?

I signed 'without prejudice' on the speeding ticket I got and it forced the judge to 'order me to appear' because if I didn't show up he couldn't get a conviction. So I know you know everything but I'll stick with what works for me. You have to object to being abused by men in uniforms and then sue them for 'tresspass' in common law if you want to see a change. Quit being a victom and start kicking some ass. You can do it.

The point is to put these motherfuckers out of business. Using their laws and their system does not work. What needs to happen is for more people to wake up and understand the situation. People need to stop paying the government to oppress them, educate everyone they know about the fraud that is taking place and defend their friends and their families when attacked.

If a Judge or anyone gives you an order , then you give them a bill. Its contract law remember.

The "'Citizen' of the United States" is a created "office" under the United States and is therefore subject to its jurisdiction - its statutory Acts and Bills.

Folks, don't assume the People (that had the United States of America created in Trust) is the same as the "Citizen of the United States" (a created legal-fiction subject to the jurisdiction and with duty and obligation to the United States).

Only each of the People are sovereigns, not the Citizens that have allegiance under the body.
