@yvonnski53 yes i cut out the waiting time. i normally give it a couple minutes between layers. depends on the nail polish. some dries quick other alot slower.

@kawaiangirl05 base coat is designed to prevent nails from being stained and it dries very fast. to pcoat is to protect the design or nail polish color so that it will last longer.

@CanadianCandySinger i only wait until its dry enough to move on. like a few minutes between colors. depends how quick the nail polish dries. some takes forever and others are quick. you dont have to wait until completely dry to move on. just dry enough so when you apply the next color it wont smear.
