  • Soreness is what creates strength. When lifting very heavy weight in 10 reps max you'll feel sore and it's very common to be that. But if you're lifting @ 1 - 3 rep max you won't feel sore at all. Soreness is common and that's what create strength but it's different from doing so many reps and feeling humongous burn therefore converts fast to slow and thus get endurance rather than explosion. Any type of mass is beneficial but this time, it's myofibral.
