hey mate ive got a dip and chinup multi machine, just wondering i have awesome 6 pack but my bottom 2 are not as great when i do the leg raises like you show, my quads hurt b4 my abs do and soo i cant get any burn in them becasue i have to stop casue my legs are feeling soo heavy and sore and advise?
Some people do this exercise on leg workout days

Do lying-down leg raises, or try some crunch variation with weights.
