@Sursion7 That's actually one of the least lethal places to be shot. It's just solid bone, no organs or vital tissue. If one had to take a bullet, it would be best to be shot there or the hand.

There's just something about this game and whole World in Conflict concept that makes it seem like the war actually happened. Obviously it didn't, but It provides a feeling of a war not very far in the past.

Save for all the nice, portable digital technology we now have in 2010, our military wasn't that different.

IE: We still had an Abrams (if an older model), AR-15 variant rifles etc.

I will definitely agree that this is one of the best games that portray war incredibly well. While the slide show parts seemed kinda boring to some. I really liked them. Plus the guy that wrote they story did an incredible job.

@SupahSatchel Webb had a way too small role in the game. Sawyer, Bannon and the two soldiers with the walkman obsession :P (Mike Thompson and his buddy) were all memorable, but Webb just "that level-headed black guy you fight alongside with". He was cool and all, and I liked him a lot, but I can't help but feel he should've been fleshed out far more.

@keyboardfriend Yeah, it was heavily implied by Sawyer that if Wilkins made it on time, Webbs' life would be saved. Gave that last fight an extra edge, knowing that you were fighting not only to secure the city, but to save your comrade's life.
