I googled Fox 2 and Huel Perkins. This is a Detroit television station. So perhaps it is footage of ufo over lake erie in the cleveland,ohio area.

Those are short contrails of aircraft, evenly spaced on approach or departure under air traffic control. I'd be a little interested if they were moving at right angles or zipping along abnormaly quick, but they are just moving along, nice and slow.
