@nagayoshii ...know...but sometimes they dont serve halal food eventho theyre muslim..thats why you have to ask....but i think there in london it easier to find all the halal meat and stuff...tho not every malay is muslim now(just saying)...world have change...poor them...

@anisatiqah ... but malay cuisine nothing is use alcohol & pork, all is herb rempah and some leaf. And in London, quit many Islamic over there and that chef is famous celebrity chef, it wont stupid to waste his time to break his own empayer.

@nagayoshii pork is not the only meat consider halal...but other meat like chicken and beef can also be consider as not halal....thats why i ask...just to be sure...but now because of you im sure his restaurant is completely halal...thanks!:)
