you don't put it in the mission.sqm. It's an addon. Download the GLT Missilebox, create a modfolder and start it with ArmA 2 OA, open the editor, place down a A-10 JDAM or a AV-8B JDAM, hit preview and enjoy it.

For more detailed instructions about mods and addons and how to install them, head over to the BI Forums, please. This would go too far here in the comments.

It's WIP. The GPS/INS package will be released soon (1 -2 weeks) but the F-16 takes longer to complete. Just use it to see how it integrates.
