He had probably pre-recorded this on smule (a feature of the app- to record) and then fake played while farting. u can tell because he wasnt even touching the ocarina in the beginning of the song! lol but good job anyways!

to me it looks as if he was just farting on his phone and he played it at a separate time and put the music over top of his farting...and one thing that makes this COMPLETELY OBVIOUS is the fact that his hand is not even on the phone to play the tune at the beginning, but touching his face. He seems to realize this and puts his hand back on the phone to fake the movements which also don't look believable
