I can explain: Rudy got to the USA not knowing english at all, so he's basically learning as he goes along.

Pau didn't know that much of english when he went to nba either, but it's been 8 years now and obviously he's improved a lot.

And Marc lived in the usa since his high school days, so he's had enough time to learn as well.

I'm sure Rudy will improve in the next years, so be patient. No one learns a whole new language in a few months.
