I have been trying to meet him the whole fair and I mee him at the end of the fair and I didn't notice so I logged off and wet o another server then I checked my stampbook and saw that stamp and went back to the sever to get the backround and meet him.

I meet him on the 12th and on mittens at 1:00 PST and got the backround and I followed him and before I was on Frosty and Zanybandz was on mittens doing missions but I found him thanks to the stamps
