There is an easier way to get this achievement. Go into the first mission on U.S. soil where you have to defend Burger Town and all that good stuff. Then once you steal the Predator drone just wait until the voice over says there are enemies approach. There should be an instant group of fifteen. Drop that missle and BAM, achievement.
