when i first saw this i thought it was from years ago until i read the comments. At least they give the guest something of a parade if not the actual.they could have cancelled and not given them anything. It is good to see the guest get something instead of nothing at all.

i was just at the magic kingdom a couple days ago and it poured! they did this parade and it just made the day 10x better! so uplifting!

You wanna see a REAL rainy day parade? Go to Tokyo Disneyland, They have a REAL Rainy Day Parade complete with REAL Floats, Characters, and Dancers.
