Food for thought, and it is important. But... it would have been nice to see a warm crusty loaf coming out of the oven and being eaten. This video makes no link with bread as delicious food. It makes it all look like a tiny tots' play activity.

Good notion! Perhaps we'll sometimes get parts II & III to this lovely video that show also the delicious nutritive result (from the oven) and further perhaps even the proceeds (like washing dishes, wiping table and cleaning floor) after some bread making revolution. In the meanwhile, imagination and experience may help to get the whole picture!

Yeah, why not! Baking bread is truly a small act of revolution. Besides a simple fun, it is genuinely creative and for some perhaps even like meditation. What ever you choose. Much agreed: Local economy is an environmental imperative. And baking home made bread helps save the Planet. Have a Nice Slow Sunday to come!
