@greencatish No not really how ever their vintage is top of the line. The B17 is just unbelievable the spitfire is magnificent and they just came out with the P-40 which is a masterpiece. A2A and Accusim are the best you can get for your money. They are coming out with a P-51, and I believe an F-4 Phantom Jet which is about the most modern thing they have.

this aircraft is soo hard to fly, firstly it stalls easily, cant get past 120 knots without engine heating up, flames start easily even when engineer supposed to be colling engine. Thats why i think this a magnificent fsx aircraft!

I feel sorry for those who have never flown in one of those old prop planes. I loved the smell of the gas engines starting up. The big windows and seats. Flying lower and being able to see the earth. Cute, nice stewardess.

Help me plz!!!

I got this aircraft and everything went fine since purchase to installation. Now, in the airport this aircraft automatically get started with lots of white smoke, and when I push it to take off (flaps 5 degrees), the engines get overheated and burst into flames. It's anoying, I set the mixture to autorich and also slightly increase the throttle, since 4 days, I am unable to fly it. Any suggestions!!! NOTE: no failures are programmed

I really enjoy flying from the virtual cockpit. Do the voices, like "flaps 20 degrees" and when the copilot says "80", yes does that all come with it? This is FSX, correct?

Hey man, I bought this aircraft earlier this week and have yet to get the "brake squeal" that you got upon stopping the aircraft after landing. Any idea how to make that happen? I'm wondering if I have a different version or something. I got the A2A 377 with the expansion add-on. Everything else checks out with what your vid. shows on the version of the plane you have though. I was wondering if you or anyone might have some insight here....

I've tried breaking at various speeds and am left with silence.... Also, when I hit F2 for reverse thrust it always kills the engines. I'm sure I'm just overlooking something here.

Actually, I found out why I didn't get any break squeal. You have to be in virtual cockpit mode for that sound effect to happen.

Do you have the "Accu Sim" pack?

If so, you should get it after a few flights, AccuSim turns this B377 into a "real" B377 so the brakes would eventually wear.

I got this add-on with AccuSim along with the Piper Cub with AccuSim and they are fantastic! I love flying this plane. I have already completed two short haul flights (about 200 nm each) and it's very realistic.

Spend a lot of time reading the manual. It covers a lot of very useful information. Remember to keep the engines "in the green" with your gauges. Cowl flaps, intercoolers, etc. These are all very important to the operation of the plane.

I didn't really get into the technical sides of this aircraft, but the main points were covered in this video. In reality, this aircraft is very technical and with the Accu-Sim pack you really need to watch your instruments or you will find yourself in a world of hurt.

Spend some time reading the manuals. Alternatively, you could always also try flying the plane by turning Accusim off until you get a better feel of the plane.

The cowl flaps should be opened up upon start up and taxiing then close it up a bit when taking off. Make sure you activate your ADI during take off.
