  • Bill was clearly fed up with everyone's bullshit that day.

  • 0:42 George Stephanopoulos

  • Puts the presidents job in perspective, he doesn`t decide anything, and has no actual power, he`s a scapegoat, and a frontman.

Nothing more than a public relations frontman for the elite.

  • Is Bill's makeup woman....is that Jennifer Flowers by any chance ?

  • I need a real person who doesn't need a TelePrompTer because he or she speaks from their mind because it's all they think about all day because we chose to give them the best job in the world.

  • my suspicions seem to be correct! US presidents are just hollywood actors! lights, Camera, Actions!, wait... Make up, teleprompter? WHO SAID ACTION!

  • This is actually from June 22, 1993. It was a Saturday evening and Clinton was announcing a cruise missle attack against Iraq, because the CIA confirmed that that Saddam Hussein tried to kill Preseident George H.W. Bush when he visited Kuwait 2 months earlier. This was his seocnd TV address from the Oval Office. He'd spoke in February 1993 about the economy.

  • @RJY4356 No, it was June 26, 1993. This took place on June 26, 1993 on the U.S. and in June 27 in Baghdad due to 8 hours difference.

  • Isn't that George Stehpa... whatever his name is on the right at 4:01?

  • @ciccone39 George Stephanopolous. He was White Hosue Communicaitons Director then when he was only 32 years old.

  • bill def fucked that makeup lady

  • Does anybody remember that Clinton has no eyebrows ??

  • well he still had a better edge than Bush but they're all from same crypt so i guess it dont mean shit.

  • @cynerain, How can you compare Clinton to Bush? they are totally different. Clinton's a warm, intelligent and all around cool guy, something Bush is not. Clinton really cared for the middle and lower class of this country unlike Bush. But I guess people are entitled to their own opinions....

  • @Eric8542010 Not really, he signed NAFTA into law. That was a slap in the face to all people with jobs in the manufacturing sector. Bush signed in CAFTA which was another slap in the face. The economic modeal used under Reagan, Bush Sr., Clinton (somewhat), and Bush Jr. was perfectly fine, but it did not reign in the excesses of globalism. The hiring of illegal immigrants, the outsourcing of jobs and the lack of economic autarky were all examples of this.

  • @Eric8542010 you and i share the same opinions

  • wow, he looks already old around his eyes ;)

    "TELEPROMPTER!!!"

  • reminds me of krust the klown from the simpsons

  • wo lol
