Sword Dancer is extremely easy if you have Lloyd, Kratos, Genis, and Raine in the party.

Kratos: (S-type) Frontlines, Heal, Block Magic (Use Light Spear Cannon and all heals)

Lloyd: You. Use Tempest and Tiger Blade attacks to rack up combos for you unison

Genis: (Either type) Indignation OR Prism Sword.

Raine: Nonstop healing

Compound Special Attack: Cyclone, Ray, Sword Rain-based attack, Light Spear Cannon

Goes down in about five minutes.

This Sword Dancer is pretty easy, but long and tedious if you have the 3 casters 1 tank tactic.

@supersonicwarrior55 you have to battle him at certain times. If you do too much of the story, he'll dissapear and you wont be able to fight him again. You probably either did too much of the story or havent gotten to the part where he comes back.

Ossa trail is the first one

Gaora-something forest is the second

and Iselia forest is the third one.

You have to battle him before you reach a certain part of the game, or he'll just disappear.

Enemies in Mania are about double as hard as enemies in Normal. I think besides the HP bonus, the enemies also get to deal more damage. I killed this boss at 60-70 for normal, but Kirby here needed double the levels for Mania.

I beat him, my first try but...I used every lif bottle I had.  It was on Easy, and my people were in their mid 80's. I was owned twice before I killed him.

i thought this was a reasnably easy game, then i fought this version of sword dancer [did game in mania] and he has to be the hardest boss....specially if you dont have raine

om2x09: Hey I'll answer that... you can't fight him again he appears three times:

1.- The time you saw it at that mountains he's only fightable when you go in there from the first time until you go to the Tower Of Salvation

2.- When you enter Gaoracchia Forest for the first time in Tethe'alla if you beated him the last time he'll be there in an area near the Memory Circle you can only fight him for the second time until you return to Sylvarant

the first s.dancer is in the mountains right..were sheena falls?i fight him when i was lvl15..but i lose..so i left him..

now when i was lvl53..i thought for some revenge..but i never saw him again..

where can i find him now?

indeed the first is in those mines... but you cant go too far into the game before you go back! It's when you reach the tower of salvation that he disappears I think.. im sorry. You missed him. and he wont come back. ._.

After you set off on the dragons at Hima to go to the Tower of Salvation, the Sword Dancer disappears and you can't fight him again.

um instead of Strike direction..have LLoyd have the EX gems to go to Technical. make sure you don't have the strike skill of that seet learned

You need to be S-Type and learned Freeze Lancer and Grave. However learning Grave loses your chance to learn Ground Dasher. I suggest you use the Tech Glitch on Genis.

Yeah, and I use the Tech glitch with Lloyd to get Tiger Rage and Twin Tiger Blade, then either Fierce Demon Fang and Demonic Chaos, or Double Demon Fang and Demonic Circle.

Hmm, it can be hard, but it's not the toughest thing to do ^^; took me a few tries though, getting used to the soul fire (At least, I think thats what it called) Limiting your time in there, is a pain in the ass ^^;

Well I do recommend to get Tales of Symphonia, its a fun Game and long..its only $19.99. but if you choose a wii game maybe get Mario Party 8..but again i never played Excite Truck..
