Yes, a heat lamp that I turn on after i myst and turn off after it reaches its max comfortable tempature without drying the mantis and with still a decent level of humidity.
sweet, iv got rid of my lizards un snakes and moveing back on to mantis, just ordered a pair of these babys yesterday, my next ones to get are orchid once iv build there netting cage at work
Behaviour, usually males do those abdomen dances. With my mantises I've never seen a female do that. There's also a way to confirm it with looking at the tip of abdomen after few molts. Female ones have this "womb" type of shape while males have it straight on the last segment. (cryptic type like your ghost mantis are a bit harder to tell on this one)
