many of the emerging countries (China, India, Brazil, South Africa, Indonesia, etc.) and countries with resources (Russia, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, etc) can be saved.

Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Portugul, Latvia, Ukraine, Lutherania and many other eastern european countries are in financial trouble. they will enter deep recession if not great depression.

USA is finished. they hold trillions of dollar of debts. too much debt.
