@jameece it just takes a lot of practice and a lot of briuses lol its hard but with practice and help from your dance instructor and other lyrical dancers you'll be able to do it just fine. Ive just started lyrical dancing not long ago and im still working on my falls

@jameece the only other dancing ive taken was Jazz/hip hop (my dance teacher kinda combines them.) I know some people say Lyrical is easier to learn if you take Ballet first..im not sure just because i didnt take ballet but but some of the girls in my class who've taken it do better with lyrical...so it may be beneficial to take ballet as well..but that's completley up to you. omg! i broke my foot when i was like 8 and i was in the dance company at my dance school, and because i broke it i stopped dancing for 2 years. ( i broke the other foot right a couple months after ) and i terribly miss it too! You were amazing and don't worry...its never to late to follow your passion. i'm thirteen and i started back last year.
