Why even argue? You just can`t compare musicians who write music of their life and from their life. Of course there are things people can play too easiely but does it matter? No. It matters how much soul the musicians himself puts into what he is doing and for sure:both of them do the thing they want to do and put so much emotion into their music that we can relate to and enjoy them!

But Jack is a far better storyteller, clever lyrics tied in with the music.

from past experiences if you make a Ben harper playlist and hit random there will be many more songs you'll want to skip than if you'd made a Jack playlist, almost every Jack song is a winner.
