That is just grazy. US law is totally grazy. Having sex with 17 years old and you go to prison. That is just GRAZY.

It should be that if teacher has sex with 12 years old or younger, then he/she should spend time in jail. If female teacher has sex with 15-17 years old that is willing, there should be no major penalty.

This 18 year old limit is not based on anything. There is lot of variation how people mature.
