but he has to have been cought up in drugs already if he got asked by a king pin drug lord to go do a drive with 4 ounces on him he would havce had to trust the dug lord already and be friends with him

That cop sounded like a douchebag.. lets get a blackman who is probably poor (Cant judge.. but either way 500 dollars is a lot) Bribe him wiht 500 bucks.. he might not have done it normally.. but 500 bucks will give him something to think about.
