She's definately not stoned - i knew her back then, and a very good friend of mine did her hair for this video. She stopped getting high after her first daughter was born. Great person, really down to earth - I also used to run into her and Vince Gill often ayt Tavern on the Row on 16th Ave. South, back when he was a studio musician and back-up singer.
