  • Does the power 10 workout follow the same on again, off again pattern of the regular perfect push up routine? Also, how do I take my ONE SET MAX number and apply it to the power 10 work out?

For example, if i have ONE SET MAX of 40, how many powerpunches, super set slow (close), and one are assisted push ups would I do? This also applies to the shoulders and chest power ten workout. I have the DVD but have not found the info on it. The thing keeps skipping on me.

    Thanks for help.

  • biceps?? what's this guy on about!

  • would a normal 1 arm push up be harder than this? without the perfect push up tool that is

  • Base your drill on your One Set Max -- but remember to divide the number in half (half for one arm, half for the other). So if your One Set Max was 20 [14, 10 and 6] then your one arm assisted pushups woud be: 7 L arm/7 R arm = 14; 5 L arm/5 R arm = 10 and 3 L arm/3 R arm = 6.
