  • Granholm is the reason that the state of Michigan is about to fall into the Great Lakes from debt! It's DEMOCRATS like her why Detroit looks like a GHOST TOWN when there is not a major league sporting event taking place! It's why DETROIT is looking more like a post-nuclear Hiroshima than a major US city! GOD BLESS WYNN for speaking out!!

  • Steve Wynn is the personification of corporate greed in America today! Since you are building hotels in China and outsourcing jobs to foreign countries, move your corporation to China and stop standing in the way of the American way of life! GO STRAIGHT TO HELL! Oh yeah...pay you fair share like the 99%ers have to!

  • @Derosh822 you do realize the Las Vegas jobs are still there, right? He is still employing people and recently built a new tower; Encore. Any person has the right to go anywhere in the world and start any business. Wynn is smart enough and successful enough to do this in the US and China, and anywhere else he deems worthy. He has not laid anyone off. Like he said in this video, he hasn't in 40 years.

  • Steve Wynn is the personification of corporate greed in America today! Since you are building hotels in China and outsourcing jobs to foreign countries, move your corporation to China and get out of the way of America and stop standing in the way of the American way of life! GO STRAIGHT TO HELL! Oh yeah...pay you fair share like the 99%ers have to!

  • BS

  • the first line out of wynn's mouth was a lie. anytime you get paid for a service, it's called a "job" regardless if it's created in the private or public sector. wynn sounds as if he thinks a cop or teacher gets paid in monopoly money.

  • @abovefilms Yeah, uhh wait, what?

  • @radconserv86 i can use flashcards for you.

  • @abovefilms He just didn't express this point very well: When the private sector creates a job, the money paid to that employee comes from a private company. When the government creates a job, the money paid to that employee comes out of the pockets of taxpayers. If 90% of the people work for the private sector and most produce products that are sold around the world, there's plenty of money to keep an economy healthy. If 80% work for the government, there's very little money to support them.

  • @wiseroldfart i understand your reasoning. but for conservative to say that the govt doesn't/can't create jobs is ridiculous. there should never be more people working in the public sector than private sector. yet public sector jobs are just as important as private sector jobs in terms of the purchasing of goods and services nationwide.

  • @abovefilms Every job the government creates costs taxpayers $1 million, and three private sector jobs are destroyed in its place. That fact that I have to explain this to you is proof you're fucking stupid.

  • minimum wage-bad, medicare-bad...hmm

  • that woman is a typical stupid liberal

  • @gotcalves um...Reagan benefitted from government programs.

  • @kindofbluenyc so the fuck what, whats ur fucking point? stupid fuckin punk don't write again !

  • @gotcalves First off don't forget to take your meds. Wynn said government never helped anyone. That's simply not true. Take a deep breath. Get out of the basement once in a while.

  • Where is the full version of this? The edit at 2:20 is precisely the point where they get into the thick of the debate, but it's missing. Can you please post this interview in its entirety? I don't care how many parts it has to be broken into to get it all posted - this stuff is incredibly valuable to the public record, and in this video Wynn speaks more like President Reagan than any politician in the present-day GOP ranks. This needs to be un-edited. Thanks.

  • @SosakanSama -- Sorry, I don't have the source any more. I trimmed it down to focus on Wynn's points and so that FoxNews wouldn't make me take it down.

  • @2cpus4me - D'OH! I understand. I hadn't thought about Fox objecting to the whole thing being posted (stupid on their part, IMO) I wonder if they have it archived somewhere. This is mandatory-link material. Thanks for posting what you're able, at any rate.

  • Random question: What is that picture of a dog doing in the corner of the screen?

  • @diiem19 Trying to get around the censorship.

  • @2cpus4me

    lmfao

  • Wynn for president!

  • Steve Wynn is right, the lady is an idiot! Minimum wage is used so that the poor think that they make more money but the government and taxes take almost half of their $8.00 an hr job. The government(Obama) makes the poor poorer!!!

  • Steve Wynn is right, the lady is an idiot!

  • Granholm will be heading to DC soon enough, so that's her role in government. It will help her create her next job. Fortunately she is term-limited in Michigan where we all remember her "in five years you will be blown away" state of the state address. Boy was she right but for all of the wrong reasons!

  • It's not Bush, it's not Obama. They are just a silly mascot for the men behind the curtain. Called the Federal Reserve!

  • He is out of everyone's league on that panel.

    A giant among gnats.

    Thanks Steve.

That was like right out of Atlas Shrugged or something.

  • I love it when politicians realize they are not only on the same page as money making, job creating moguls like Steve Wynn, but not even in the same book, and they sit there with their tongues paralyzed in their own mouths. Love it. Even

Albert Einstein said, "We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them."

  • Wynn is a successful businessman that creates tens of thousands of jobs for people and is a huge contributor to his community. Obama on the other hand is a F'n socialist in every sense of the word. Stop hanging out with Jay Z and nasty ass beyonce and lebron and all the other people you're trying to associate urself with to look cool and fix this country u fag.

And the lady's comment about this is the "greatest country in the world", not anymore. We've lost our edge

  • Steve Wynn is a simpleton. He talks rubbish. Tax him big time and let him lay off people so it increases greater competition with government support which will create more jobs. The problem is virtual monopolies, corporate takeovers, outsourcing jobs, and banks causing debt, destroying American jobs.

  • thats trrue we need jobs the goverment should consentrate in job creation steve wynn is write on everything he said

  • is about time somebody knows whats realy going on go steve

  • Steve Wynn is brilliant and everything he says is correct. What these Democraps refuse to understand is that THE WORKERS CREATE THE WEALTH; THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO MONEY OF ITS OWN, ONLY WHAT IT TAKES FROM EACH PAY ENVELOPE. The big government lunatics in Washington are out of control and need to be THROWN OUT !

  • steve wynn is a god damn genius

  • I don't want to hear what this bilnd sorry ass has to say, because when I worked there a few years ago, he talked about moving his operations overseas due to the high volume of gamblers by Asians, and cheaper labor. So talk that shit to someone else Stevie.

  • Glad to see another lib practicing what they preach - tolerance !

  • What the fuck is that dog on the bottom left? Scary.

The solution to economic problems is eliminating federal income tax! Support Dr. Ron Paul in his crusade against federalism and high taxes!

  • If Americans do nothing else at this time, they should INVESTIGATE HYPERINFLATION! IT'S CAUSED BY WEAK POLITICAL WILL TO RAISE ENOUGH TAXES TO CONTROL NATIONAL DEBT! The politicians are more interested in getting reelected than meeting the obligations of the country! A crisis hits and they don't have enough money on hand and wore out their ability to borrow from other countries! THAT'S EXACTLY WHERE AMERICA IS HEADED! It's a good reason to PROTECT OUR JOBS WHICH IS OUR TAX BASE!

  • We need to stop taking the candy! It's a very unwise choice! It's foolishness multiplied! We must start taxing the riches Americans enough to actually pay down the deficit since they can best carry the burden and the greatest beneficiaries of the American capitalistic system! Just paying the interest is a huge waste of money that is a drain on our economy and inhibit service to the people! CRISIS GOVERNMENT MANAGEMENT HAS TO STOP BEFORE IT BITES US IN THE ASS SOO HARD WE BLEED TO DEATH!

  • We need to stop operating government in crisis conditions because it's politically popular! The people need to be educated on the cost of those tax cuts so they stop being fools falling for every idiot promising to make it all better by cutting their taxes! It's the very thing that threatens our country and cause a need to raise taxes or face the perils of hyperinflation!

We've got to start treating politicians offering tax cuts like strangers offering little kids candy!

  • An inefficient government with too little spending is the wrong direction! We tend to scramble to fix budget crisis after they happen! WE'RE WORKING ASS BACKWARDS BECAUSE PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND THE TAXES THEY VOTE TO SAVE ARE NOT WORTH WHAT IT WILL COST THEM IN SERVICES AND FUTURE TAX INCREASES NEEDED TO ADDRESS THE COST OF GOVERNMENT INEFFICIENCIES THEY CAUSE!

  • Fact is, we can only cut spending but so much to properly serve the helpless and have government function efficiently! Government inefficiency, bankers, and insurers, are what allowed Wall Street to take us to the cleaners and put not only America, but the whole world on tilt! We're not out of the woods yet!

  • Fact is, Bush Tax Cuts is national suicide! It increases the National Debt, cutting spending causes jobs loss! There's an inability to give incentives large enough to create jobs! Consequently, prisons are full of criminals, shortages of police to catch them all, shortages of school funds, and just a society going down the toilet! Countries hesitant to loan us money! So, we print more money, causing inflation, moving closer to destruction! HYPERINFLATION! Madness!

  • Disagree. Tax cuts are good IF there is an equal cut in government spending, which was not the case with the Bush tax cuts.

  • @mrblujet What are tax cuts good for when you're depriving the poor, causing crime infestation, the prisons filling, too little police protection, schools underfunded, job incentives not hot enough to raise a blister on a gnats butt! The National debt increasing because you can't cut enough to offset what you're losing in tax revenue because of outsourced, offshore, and illegal labor tax losses! OBAMA'S PLAYING THE WRONG GAME FOR THE CIRCUMSTANCES! UNEMPLOYMENT RATES REVEAL IT! IT'S HOCUS POCUS!

  • @mrblujet People are in debt because their check didn't keep up with cost of living! So, they used credit cards and got scammed with corrupt raises in rates and fees! Banks gave crooked housing loans! AIG Insurance backing gambling on Wall Street! On top of moving jobs out of America, and public debt, you think cutting taxes is a solution! YOU'RE INSANE! YOU NEED TO STOP SMOKING THAT CRACK AND DRINKING REPUBLICAN KOOL-AID!

  • @mrblujet Getting rid of tax cuts on incomes over $250,000 and increasing them to 59% that can reduced 2% for every 1% reduction in the unemployment rate, $ bringing offshore jobs back, is a big step in the right direction! Solving Public debt by letting all but the rich and well to do go bankrupt and immediately get a AA rating on top of his campaign promise to fix the economy will turn the economy around overnight! WE'RE STILL STUCK BECAUSE OBAMA IS A SMUCK! BANKERS GOT HIM IN POCKET!

  • @mrblujet Clinton destroyed the safety net & started jobs going out of America! Bush came along and increased the outflow of American jobs and cutting taxes, like an idiot! In order to keep the unemployment down, Bush deregulated & the banks and the government pushed loads of cash out into the economy, CREATING JOBS BUT CAUSING INFLATION, THUS HID THE EMPLOYMENT PROBLEM to arise once the PUBLIC IS LOADED WITH DEBT! IT'S HOCUS POCUS ECONOMICS & THEY STUCK OBAMA AS THE CHICKENS CAME HOME TO ROOST!

  • @mrblujet APPARENTLY OBAMA IS TOO DUMB TO MAKE THE BANKS EAT IT SINCE THEY CAUSED IT! Instead, he's propping up real estate, let the banks raise rates and fees to pay their bailout! Here we are doing crap to uphold a Global Economy that's part of the equation since bankers and Wall Street scammers hit them just as hard. Everybody has prisons filling up, schools closing & underfunded, too few police, public services cut, and people unable to afford higher education, and high unemployment!

  • @mrblujet Flip side, THE RICH GOT RICHER! Pockets full! The rich & big business are the tax raises I'm talking about! They ended up with the scammed money!

Inefficiencies in government should be cut but idiot Obama dumbma ass is talking Social Security cuts. He should certainly cut the rich & wealthy off! The idiot's going to cut everyone! He's all about PROPPING UP WELFARE FOR THE RICH! OBAMA DUMBMA ASS NEEDS TO GO BACK TO COMMUNITY ORGANIZING 101! HE'S NOT SMART ENOUGH FOR PRESIDENT!

  • And exactly how would you define 'rich'? Who is 'rich' vs. someone who is 'poor'? How do you measure that ?

  • @mrblujet If I had to define rich by wealth, I'd say having an abundance of material and liquid capital of about a million dollars or better and getting an income of $100,000. Just with that level of wealth, even if short of rich, there's nothing to stop them from becoming as wealthy as they want to pursue. I'd call that rich!

People in those categories can schmooze with the insiders of Wall Street and just rock their bank account like many really do, but to tell would send them to jail!

  • Comment removed

  • @mrblujet I'd give them a 2% tax rate decrease for every percentage unemployment rate falls on average for the year! As we actually pay down debt with 2 times interest payments on principle, we can reduce the rich tax even more.

I'm in favor of putting banking where it belongs, in the government control! We're being ripped off left and right by banks! They cause inflation any time they want and put people in debt. It's money going into the wrong pockets!

  • @mrblujet To me poor is an income in a country as rich as America where you can't rent a quality apartment and buy food without government help! When you don't have $1,000 left for discretionary spending after your basic needs like rent, food, phone, and utilities are paid on a 8 hour/day 5 days a week pay check!

That way you can enjoy cable TV, Internet, fast food, go out once a week, pay student loan, buy clothes, and keep a decent car maintained to get you to work without going into debt!

  • @mrblujet That's about anything under $2,000 a month. Add $600 if married, and $400 a month/kid!

How did I do? I'm assuming you're testing me for a reason. So, go ahead and make your point!

  • No need to. You already made my point with your other posts.

  • @mrblujet What is your point exactly.

  • @mrblujet I wouldn't increase tax much on what I consider rich until he reaches 2 million in net worth and income from work and investments are over $200,000 a year. After that, any income over that gets a 60% tax to pay down debt and support full employment.

People reaching 10 million in net worth and income from work and investments are over a $1,000,000 a year gets an 80% tax on anything exceeding that, to pay down debt and support full employment.

  • @mrblujet Fact is, we're not able to cut government spending so it equals Tax cuts! Even if we did, we're stuck so deep on the National Debt that it's insane to talk tax cuts!

Clinton looked good cutting taxes & getting a surplus because he destroyed the safety net to do it! The states ended up with higher prison cost and crime. This recession is part of the chickens coming home to roost! It's not all Bush! Remember NAFTA which started all the Bushies yelling Free Market & New World Order!

  • So, it backs up what I've said all along. The economy is better off by raising taxes to pump the economy! There is no rationalization for Bush Tax Cuts even with cutting spending! The savings in taxes are not worth the advantages given up! It's ridiculous the way services are being cut as if cutting government spending is the answer! The stupidity is that jobs are cut with them when the objective should be more jobs! Everyone wants to look fiscally responsible to get the votes! ILLUSION!

  • That move that would deprive the treasury of $2.4 trillion over the next 10 years, according to the Joint Committee on Taxation.

Democrats, including Clinton and Obama, have said they want to keep the social-relief provisions, as well as income tax cuts for households making less than $250,000 a year, to help strengthen the middle class. By taking tax cuts away from the rich, the candidates suggest that they will generate cash that could be spent elsewhere.

  • Even the Bush Treasury Department found that failing to cut government spending commensurate with the tax cuts would leave the cuts with a "negligible effect" on the economy, Carroll said.

Because the tax cuts were projected to yield giant budget deficits, they were written to expire in 2010. Bush and other Republicans, including McCain, want to make them permanent!

  • Even the Bush Treasury Department found that failing to cut government spending commensurate with the tax cuts would leave the cuts with a "negligible effect" on the economy, Carroll said.

Because the tax cuts were projected to yield giant budget deficits, they were written to expire in 2010. Bush and other Republicans, including McCain, want to make them permanent, arguing that the specter of higher taxes in 2011 is adding uncertainty to and weakening today's economy.

  • "If tax cuts aren't paid for, the extra debt hurts the economy more than any direct benefit from the tax cuts," said Jason Furman, a former adviser? to President Bill Clinton who is now at the Brookings Institution. "If you cut taxes without cutting spending, you're just shifting taxes to the future."

There is little disagreement among most economists on that point.

  • Washington Post March 28, 2008

Why would tax cuts hurt the economy? Because their one very clear effect was to increase the budget deficit. Combined with spending on the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, and a huge new prescription drug benefit for Medicare recipients, the cuts helped drive the annual deficit to a peak of nearly $413 billion in 2004. Last year, it dwindled to $162 billion. But the nation's cumulative debt has nearly doubled since Bush took office and now exceeds $9 trillion.

  • Steve Wynn is just another idiot, greedy, don't want proper benefits for other Americans though he's hit the jackpot, clueless on jobs health care creates by America being more competitive!

The focus of the Obama Administration was always on the economy! Bush created this mess! Obama's original plan would have gotten us out of this mess long ago! Instead, he got psyched out by bankers who govern the Federal Reserve to do their will which is not in the best interest of America!

  • Listen to what she says, and look at what she has done in Michigan. How can anyone say she has done a "decent" job, or is to be taken with any credibility on job creation?

  • Does anyone notice that Granholm only argues for more welfare?

"Grateful for a minimum wage, grateful for medicare and medicaid."

How is this "creating" anything? At best, she is arguing that people who have nothing (or not enough) like taking wealth from people who have made wealth, because the government "entitles" them to that asset.

  • And Granholm would like to see more people put on these programs.

  • I think Steve Wynn is a very thoughful person..and having grown up in Utica NY, he knows the street too.

  • Jeez, Mr. Wynn, the election is over. No more props and talking points. Let's not even bother the citizens with "process" (i.e., reconcilation.

  • "never laid off in 40yrs" instead he cuts employees40 hour work weeks.Stops all 401k contribution, takes tips from frontline workers forcing them to give 40% to management and so on and so on. Now i like steve wynn and he has dont ALOT for nevada and workers. However, what you see is NOT what you get.He and his employees are in a bitter fight over his tip policy.Behind closed dorrs he is extremely abusive and the list can go on and on.

  • Mark Zandi is a moron ! It was GOVERNMENT that got us into this mess in the first place, no matter if it was a Republican or a Democrat ! Why would more government intervention help to get us out of it ?

  • Right, good point. Government got us into this mess by taking away the regulations. The best thing they can do now is nothing. Corporations will save the day! Oh, and by the way, it was the Republicans, and that does matter, fool.

  • Please go back and read my post and show me where I stated or implied that Republicans are good and Democrats are bad, or vice versa.

Perhaps when you create and run a business employing 20,000+ employees and actually know something about job creation and its associated costs you will be a little more enlightened..........and a little less ignorant !

In the meantime, I will listen to Steve Wynn before I listen to Barry Obama or any member in his administration.

  • What government regulations might you be referring to exactly? I am curious.

By the way, it is those same corporations whom people like yourself love to portray and 'big and evil' that will save the day in the end.

Steve Wynn is correct when he states that government has never increased the standard of living for one individual. Try and prove him wrong !

  • We WORSHIP Steve Wynn. This man takes care of more than 100,000 families in this country. He's SPOT on. Yo Eleven, front line winner, yo eleven. Take the don'ts pay the line, you eleven front line winner!! The FRAUD BLACKOUT begins soon.

  • He is right!

  • Mr. Steve Wynn is absolutely right, crystal clear, simple, creative and focus.

It is time to pamper small bussiness people, give them the tools they need to hire more workers.

  • That is what Obama is doing. You must be very pleased with him right now. Or maybe you think Wynn is the one who came up with that idea.

  • The president should listen to this guy if he cares. He is so focused on his health plan to accomplish something while we are suffering

  • BTW, "creating jobs" and "creating wealth" doesn't count when it's GOVERNMENT JOBS that are being created. Government is the only entity that can function at a monetary loss, and creating government jobs does nothing but grow the size of government and increase tax burdens on everyone else.

  • Rigt on Steve.. Granholm's state is in almost as bad of shape as california... I just love how these politicians from failed states try to sell policies on a national level that have time and again FAILED.

  • Two thumbs up fof Mr. Wynn; he nailed it!!

  • Wynn is right on the money. As Obama taxes the private sector, it will dry up and job losses will ensue. He'll then have to increase taxes to pay for his government, killing even more of the private sector. Look at Corzine. By the time he was through with this increase taxes process in New Jersey, he was creating 15 government jobs for every private sector job created. He killed the private sector and tax base in New Jersey. Obamanomics doesn't work.

  • Single biggest problem with the economy as we know it was deregulation. Mainly a deomocrat program i wish they would take credit for it. they sure did then ... anyways I have to agree Obama really doesent give a crap about the economy he only cares about a health plan that will sink this country... do any of them have the experience in business this man has i dont think so

  • What are you talking about Glass-Stiegle was removed by the Republican controlled Congress. It was a conservative idea because they hate all the great things the new deal did for the middle class. Does anybody who watches FOX news know any history or just the Bogus skewed right wing history like: We were never attacked on Bush's watch.

  • The New Deal did NOTHING for the middle class. Why do people with your thinking (or lack thereof) hang onto the New Deal as if it were an 11th commandment? Social Security is nearly broke. What about all those civil projects like roads and dams? Those were not long-term jobs ! It was only WWII that got us out of the Great Depression.

And now Obama thinks that a new 'New Deal' will solve our problems this time around?

    What a joke !

  • Mr Steve Wynn

    IS ON THE MONEY

    GO AHEAD Steve

  • Jennifer Granholm

    Hussain's Lapdog

She is the reason that Michigan is the way that it is

Just think, Hussain might pick her 4 2012 election, What a HUGE MISTAKE

  • Michigan's economy (it was losing lots of jobs long before the recession) should be reason enough to laugh Granholm right out of the building.

She's a joke. Michigan saw tax revenue dry up after they raised taxes.

  • Wynn is right,

I have health insurance, but no job...

  • "Exposure to true information does not matter any more. A person who is demoralized is unable to assess true information. The facts tell nothing to him. Even if I shower him with information with authentic proof, with documents, with pictures. Even if I take him by force to the Soviet Union and show him concentration camps, he will refuse to believe it until he is going to receive a kick in his fat bottom." Yuri Bezmenov 1984, communist propaganda in the U.S. and how to brainwash a nation

  • Granholm is such a sleazy Marxist

embarrassment. I so can't stand her.

  • xman you are believing the bs that washington likes to spin. Sure Bush was not perfect but he did not create this mess single handedly, the dems helped quite a bit. They had everything to gain by ensuring Bush looked bad. Now, they took the country back and what happens? Ten months in and BHO continues to show that he was the wrong choice. He was too green and his popularity appears to be way more important to him than policy.

  • Bullshit. Clinton benefited from the internet boom that he and Gore had nothing to do with, and even that was on its way out when Bush took office. Bush got handed a bunch of foreign policy fiasco's that Clinton was too afraid to deal with and Bush took care of them. Democrats controlled both houses of Congress for Bush's last two years, and blocked financial reforms at every turn. You should probably stay in school and stop getting advice from comedians.

  • @2cpus4me I don't want to hear how the Democrats controlled Congress for the last 2 years. Sorry ass Conservative Republicans controlled it for 6, and the White House for 8. We will compare notes when the Democrats control the Congress for 6, and Barack Cool for 8. I will gurantee you they will do a far greater job with their plans, and at the same time cleaning up those Republicans mess.

  • @2cpus4me We lost 8.4 million jobs under Bush. It will take 100,000 jobs per month, just to keep up with population. Do the math. I saw the ratings, and Bush Jr, to date, is voted the worst President in history. His Foreign Policy even sucked. I've been reading about that as well. The Russian Prime Minister gave Barack Cool a far greater report card than Bush. Hmmmmm.

  • That would be the Russian PRESIDENT and I am not sure how much his opinion means on anything these days. It is amazing how some people continue to fall over themselves praising Obama and bashing Bush.

Get over it buddy ! I have a feeling that if the unemployment level dropped to 3% overnight followed by consumer spending going through the roof that you would not be blaming Bush for that. You probably blame Bush for the Gulf oil leak too !

    Oy !!!!!!!

  • @2cpus4me Barack Cool's ratings keep lingering around 49%-52%. So far, that is good for what Bush left him. He was also just voted as the number 1 respected leader in the world. That is great, because that means he will get more done in foreign policy. Polls also show, so far first time voters, and 71% of young voters 18-29, blames the GOP for government, and not Obama. 78% of them said they will vote for Obama today, as long as the Iraq War is at least stopped. Hmmmm.

  • @WilliamHCarney Sounds like you've been listening to Liberal media too long.

  • @2cpus4me Nope. I have had the pleasure to not work over a year, and I not only listen to Conservatives, and Liberals, but I read various information. I also call the Congressional Budget Office, and economist at Yale, and Harvard University. Speaking of the CBO. They said we will be suffering from Bush's mess, passing that legislation through reconciliation, past 2014. They also told him the ramifications if he did it. So what does he do. He does it anyway.

  • @WilliamHCarney Great, sounds awesome, but you are really giving the opinions of the populace more weight than you should. Poll numbers help show towards what a public is leaning. They don't always show facts. Young voters don't have a clue on what is going on. Not a clue. They follow what they hear in the media as law, without doing any research. Older voters aren't much better. What I'm saying is this: with media bias comes viewer ignorance. Many are ignorant.

  • And exactly what source did you get this information from? Also, go back and re-read your post. According to your source, Obama is the most respected leader in the world and, as a result, will be able to get more done on foreign policy. Shouldn't respect be the result of accomplishments? Doesn't sound silly to say that Obama is respected because of what he can do, not what he has done? And I can assure you, 78% of voters would not re-elect Obama today. I'm calling bullshit on that stat !

  • @WilliamHCarney I agree with 2cpus4me......you have been listening to liberal media way too long......you need to come up for air.....because you are living in a fantasy Obamaworld.

  • @WilliamHCarney Foreigners love Obama because he waffles and does not stay the course to get what the American people need in negotiations. He is no Ronald Reagan. It's too bad because I honestly thought he could do a good job when he was elected.

  • @2cpus4me He was also warned about the Renew Sales & Repurchase Industry in 2007 & 2008. A $20 trillion industry that really caused the housing bust. Subprime only caused $1.2 billion. Not enough per the economist to cause the housing bust. When this industry started fire saling from borrowers to make up lost profits from the Money Market Bonds & Junk Funds witch left Big Banks under funded, that started the debacle.

  • @2cpus4me Meaning, the banks started securitizing loans to regain lost profits. This is just a little info on this industry. I always new, like most rumors, the Subprime thing was not true. It's simple. It made no sense for something to cause such millions in damage. This all came to surface a couple of months ago.

  • You can also add the fact that the Clinton Administration was also riding on a 10,000 point DJIA. Unfortunately, it was only after the Bush Administration came to power that we discovered that most of those reported profits by companies such as Enron, Tyco, Worldcom and others were the result of fuzzy accounting and never existed, thus eliminating the gains made by the DJIA going back to at least 1998.

  • @mrblujet I F%$@ing LOVE YOU and your out right highly educated non obscure truths about this ungodly CIRCUS,( for lack of better words) that this United States Government is running and is the number one participant in is priceless.

I agree with every single word that is coming out of your highly educated mouth..

    U. S. Government? The Greatest Circus on earth....

    For best sitting see Washington!!

    God help our Government....

  • @2cpus4me As a software engineer who helped design the hardware that powers the internet in the 90's, I could not agree with you more about Clinton having nothing to do with it. The economy was booming because a lot of smart enterprising people like you and me rolled up our sleeves to build something worthwhile. The Clinton administration tried so badly to take credit for it that it is now laughing stock. They had a good economy dropped in their laps!!

  • Steve Wynn kicking some political a**! I like it and Ronald Reagan probably was laughing his a** off in his grave! Go Mr Wynn

  • I believe he is losing his vision... that's probably not an option at this point.

  • Steve Wynn should get into politics now.

  • No. We need people like Mr. Wynn doing what they're doing. People like him helped build this country. And it's going to be people like him that are going to have to rebuild the country after Obama.

  • Good point. The number 1 priority is job creation not gay marriage and health care. Do you get that Barack Dumbo Obama?
