He built the first cancer hospital in Lahore, many poor Pakistanis (all ethnic groups of Pakistan) come to that hospital to get treatment. He is now building a university center in a town between FATA and Punjab, and he won the World Cup for Pakistan. Now he is the leader of his own Pakistan political party...maybe he does also care about Afghanistan but not as much as he cares for Pakistan. He is a good man I agree.
