He could have got shot with a gun, all cops are not good cops, but there are good one's. You don't think it was nessecary for the cops to use a taser, there's going to be a time when something may happen to you then you would need the cops, they weren't trying to kill him, it they were they would have just shot him then you would have really had something to talk about
@mrgerman553 thats not the point. the point is that wat they did was way out of hand. it looks as if they at least r trying to kill or torture him, judging from the blows to the head & the tasering. yes there r more severe cases where the victim(yeah victim of police) has survived (eg:robert davis) there r even less severe 1s where the victim has died. this also happens way too often in some countries and rcmp is known for many similar things. they also tried to smoothen the edges on this 1
hey guy interesting video, i watched the incident just now, & would like to say, that I have lots of polish, Latvian, Hungarian, Russia people pass through my building, all with differing temperament, polish are very demonstrative, and seem angry, but it's just there way when you get to know them they are ok, very very hard working, pay there rent, and take care of there family's, I tend to like most of them, shame the cops did not have this experience to call on.
@Extrovert12.... In the 1960s, I Use to fish down the docks as a Child, lots of ships & Russian ships came in, carrying timber, often they had women onboard working, they were kind, gave me chicken & meat sandwiches to eat, & badges Lots of Badges, of Lennon, LOL, I have some still to this day, Russian people I have met are really ok, I like them fine..
That said, there is room for improvement in training. And the next time a politician proposes to shift more of the taxes to law enforcement so that they can pay for that training don't cry. People expect the police to check with them before enforcing the law, react to people based on information learned after the fact, not based on their behavior at the time of the incident, have perfect attitudes while you call them pigs, and do all of this for minimum wage because you don't like taxes.
Too many idealists think that a solution needs to be perfect in order for it to be used. That is illogical. A solution only needs to be the best available solution. The alternatives to tasers are guns, physical struggle(more likely to cause injury either from impact trauma or heart conditions), or the police "minding their own business" as many people like to say. I call the last one anarchy. And they would be the first ones to cry about the police not doing their jobs if that happened.
Where I live cops are good people and are here to protect and serve and I have needed their help several times. Three of my best friends are cops. I think your broad brush approach in describing all cops is kinda naive. Not all cops are bad ya ignorant little leaf eater. You prefer anarchy?
Wow you have made some very strong opinions in reference to the police. First off it wasn't the taser that killed him. R.D. died of positional asphyxia when pressure was applied to his upper back and neck area. Yes it is unfortunate but those police officers didn't go into that situation with the intent to kill someone. R.D. stood 6'9 and weighed in at approx 320lbs and he wasn't in the best of shape. Don't believe everything you see and hear in the media.
@cowboy9mmca you don't put your knee on someones neck...Ever ! it kills people, and the Police know this...thats a Murder charge..Shame on police. This man did not put his hands on anyone, he walked away and they followed him...Cops are out of hand !
@murmur5555 And if we lived in an ideal world things like this wouldn't happen but we don't live in an ideal world. Don't misinterpret my comment as I do agree with you. I don't fault Deck11 on her opinion of what she feels in reference to this incident as she is entitled to have one. What does bother me is the spin the media has put on this and the fact that many members of the public has painted all of us with the same brush.
@NitroExpressify Thanks Nitro. I try not to let it get to me but it can be hard. The only error I see made in this incident was that the members involved or moreso the supervisor didn't take advantage of time and space. I can't think of the number of times i heard the argument how could 4 police officers not control one man?! I have seen and been involved in countless violent incidents and have come to realize its not the size of the dog in the fight but size of the fight in the dog!
@cowboy9mmca You've got that right! Hard to get a person down when they really start fighting. People don't understand until they have been in the position themselves.
@murmur5555 I often hear comments like yours from people who work within the healthcare field. I have seen far worse treatment take place by healthcare providers on people with mental health issues than what occurred in this incident. This is only an issue because RD died during the process of being restrained. Unfortunate but unless you can perfect a way of dealing with potentially violent people please by all means write a user manuel.
@cowboy9mmca This death was completely preventable. Only sadistic, self-centered, police officers would use this amount of inappropriate force. Once someone is on the ground, they should be properly restrained with leg straps, rolled over onto their backs, and properly handcuffed. There is no need to put pressure on someone's chest, especially with so many officers present. Each officer could have taken hold of one extremity to gain control; no pressure is necessary on the head, neck or chest.
@murmur5555 Once again in an ideal world every death would be preventable. To call these officers sadistic and self centered in my opinion is unwarranted because you like many others have formed your opinion off of what the media has wanted you to see. You haven't been present for the good these men have done. None of these officers have had previous complaints of excessive force made against them from the public otherwise the media wouldhave already reported it.
@murmur5555 These officers were did what training had taught them to do. I don't know what your experience is with confrontational people but in my own experience even small individuals can be extremely difficult to restrain . Police don't handcuff people in the front for reasons of safety. Lets take into respect that RD was also 6'9 and 320lbs so one officer trying to just restrain a leg for instance would be questionable given his strength.
canadians hate french , hate asian , hate Europeans , hate germans..they hate any one has a foreign accent ! canadians come from broken down home ! smoke weed and have sex with their kids ! sick society ! they go to afganistan and iraq and destroy and kill innocent people in the name of so call canadian freedome ..when canadians jailed thousands of japanese , italian and ucraniuns in consantration camps and imported thousands of chinese slavery to build the railroad across canada
All I have done is present arguments in an objective manner, all you have done is present the Braidwood report and insult me like a 12 year old. Pushing a knee on someone's neck is used when someone is aggressive as it keeps them from moving. I have done it in wrestling and Jui-jitsu, as well as had it done to me many times, funny i'm still here. Bottom line is what happend to Dziekansky is a shame and I feel sorry for his family, but the officers did nothing wrong. They followed protocol.
As far as using the taser, they did nothing wrong. Robert was being violent and they won't wrestle him down because as far as they know, he might be the polish Bruce Lee or carry weapons. Next, they can't use pepper spray because they're indoors. Before using the LAST RESORT firearm, they are suposed to use their taser. Robert was high, dehydrated and had heart problems and that's what killed him. Next time you see a crackhead being violent, how about you step up and show the police what to do?
@frankthatank22 All you morons who know NOTHING about fucking anything, go and tazer yourselves. But first, if whay you SEE is not enough, read something about Braidwood Report.
Whoever defends those killers (the guy in charge also killed a 21 y old kid driving UI and left the scene!) must be either cop or... No, even most of RCMP cops later admitted that they were disgusted. You pathetic besserwissers need more serious help. Thank you, girl, for this video and your solemn comment.
@PrZemek44 You're right, I know nothing about anything. Me being a Criminology student, sister a lawyer and personally knowing many police officers, from Chief of Police to new recruit, there's no way I have the slightest idea of police procedures. In fact, seeing how you name a random report, would you like me to obtain a dozen reports on how safe tazers are? Most RCMP were disgusted? Give me anything to support this ''fact''. Stop spreading unfounded lies.
@frankthatank22 "Personally knowing many police officers"? Thank you. Next! It's not a 'random report' on tasers, it's the ONLY INDEPENDENT (from your killer cronies) report on this particular case. First you get your facts straight.
'Unfounded lies'? I'll send you back numbers of The Vancouver Sun if I come across them, won't waste more of my time.
All you need to see what happened is... even just one eye. Use it, before making a moron of yourself. Again. But what would you expect?
@PrZemek44 Next? Are you a McDonald's? You use a report on ONE incident and make a generalization, which anyone can see is wrong. But, you also believe the news papers accurately portray crime. I guess you must know more than the dozens of articles written by criminologists with a PhD. They all prove the opposite. Good you can name sources, might want to check how reliable they are next time. So you know, none of the cops I know ever killed anyone, even the SWAT members. Some "killers" huh.
@frankthatank22 McDonalds? You still don’t get it? I could stop right there and… it’s all clear, cop…’s advocate.
Agaaain, the Braidwood report wasn’t about your stupid taser but DZIEKANSKI case! Dyslexic? He was killed by the cop who kept pressing his knee against Robert’s neck, even after he stopped moving. You can see it clearly (oh, sorry, I forgot...). And that’s why the ORIGINAL report (before RCMP knew about the vid) was signed only by THREE of them. Wonder who was the shy one…
@PrZemek44 I would like to see what makes you so knowledgeable on the matter. Or, is it because Dziekanksi and yourself are polish that your angry and can't see this is the one in a million case where someone unfortunetly dies.
@frankthatank22 Again (why do I have the feeling that I AM talking to a 5 year old?) THIS CLIP is about this ‘one in a million’ case, and showing off your ‘extensive knowledge’ HERE is an insult to Dziekanski’s mother and our (those who have eyes) intelligence. No, they didn't follow protocol, they 'acted like in a bar brawl' being 4:1 and then using a 'stapler defence'. And what makes me ’knowledgeable’ is that I live in Vancouver and had MY encounters with those goons (and I speak English).
@PrZemek44 Ever hear of 9/11? Seeing how this happened in an airport, it is obvious that they'll send more than 1 officer to respond, seeing how they're unsure of the situation until they arrive. And, you view my education and the experience of many officers as equal to you living in the city of the incident and I imagine your encounters were you being just as arrogant as you are now and the officers responded. 1) 3 officers signed, would you like all RCMP members across Canada to sign?
@frankthatank22 Your 9/11 analogy makes as much sense as all other 'arguments'.
1) (I don't see your 'take' on 2) ALL RCMP?! No, there were FOUR cops not 3, you blind moron! (THAT'S arrogant, I was too patient with you for too long.) Yeah, keep talking about your education, blah blah, I'm done with you. Anyone with a slightly above 60 IQ (or yours, whatever's lower) can see what's your 'agenda' and how unbelievably stupid you are.
@frankthatank22 You still didn’t answer; 1) why only 3 cops signed at first - he was 40, out of shape, and under extreme stress (oh, and after being tased FIVE times) so don’t compare THIS to some pranks with your buddies cops, 2) what do you think of this Benjamin Robinson murderer? Killing someone younger than you, driving drunk? And running… Some cop, eh?
@PrZemek44 3 is plenty. 1) He was under the influence of narcotics, being tazed 5 times makes sense. I know of people breaking through handcuffs, shattering their wrists and feel no pain because of narcotics. If an officer does drunk driving he deserves the same punishment as anyone. But, now you're naming 1 incident, might want to look into the thousands of cases where people ranging from lawyers to construction workers do the same. We're all human. And you have grammar mistakes too big shot.
@frankthatank22 Where do you get your 'facts' He had no drugs or alcohol in his stystem!
It's not ONE, it's DOZENS cases of your brothers breaking the law. But what do I know, I just live here, you with all your educated friends can... you know what. Keep talking, I won't lower myself to this level anymore... Bye.
@PrZemek44 You just spent two paragraphs throwing insults left and right and not coming up with any arguments. Actually, all your replies were filled with insults. Your words show your true character. If anyone would like to share objective arguments about this event with me, feel free. But to PrZemek44 I have nothing left to say.
You complain they came "rushing in", would you rather they took their time and stop for coffee? You have literally no knowledge of law enforcement or the judicial system. As you say Canada is one of the safest and friendliest places, so where is the let down from our courts? Granted, there are flaws but nothing is perfect. You claim police officers join the force knowing they're going to kill, while in reality it is extremely rare that they ever need to use their firearm.
Let me state up front that this incident was a horrible tradgity.U r right when u said that these cops make the good cops look bad.Not just n law enforcement but n all fields there will b good and bad people and its not fair 2 all the good ones 2 get bunched up with the bad 1s.As 4 the taser itself, more times than not it is very effective but u never hear of those incidents.Mayb depts will do more educating the public on diff policys/procedures.Good video!Keep up the great job!
Wow! Cops killing happened in Oaland California too but the only thing was that the cop went for the tazer and accidently got the gun and shot Oscar Grant. That's the BART COP. I think he meant to shoot him though. Watch the cell recorded vids on youtube. Oscar was helpless. After watching the vids you can't understand why this asshole took out the gun. Pissed me off!!!!
e55srt may be you or few of your family members or your brother or mother or father needs to die for you to understand how it feels when innocent person die.i think you are a piece of shit for defending these motherfucking cops who killed an innocent person.these cops familes needs to die.any one in Cnada know these cops or their familes kill them as a favor to humanity.
@borntodrive143 Are that much of an ass that you would counsel others in a public forum to murder one of these police officers family members to make a point?! You need a punch in the head and I wish you were here so I could be the one to give it to you. I think you are a piece of shit for making such stupid comment.
aww boo hoo. He lost his mind in an airport and threw chairs at windows, what the hell did everyone expect to happen. He lost his mind and the cops took him down, as they should have., its that simple. IF they had let him continue and he hit someone or worse, everyone would be crying out to the police to fix it. Stop the cop bashing, they put themselves in harms way to protect us man, so ungrateful. He was violent and needed to be subdued.
@e55srt Hey dude there's 4 young cops with bullet proof vest and they can't take one weak person down? I don't think the cops are protecting. They try to put fear into the public so we wouldn''t smart off to them for their srupidity.
@BurmeseSamosa I'm sure they would be more than happy to kick the guys feet out from under him, and slam him down, but they get in trouble for doing that, especially if the guy gets hurt. Cops have specific procedures they have to follow or they get in deep shit. Tazer has become the "goto" weapon, which I'm not sure is the best, but people respond to it the best. Even guys who want to fight the cops, will often back down when threatened with a tazer.

The RCMP's use of force model allows them the tactical consideration of intermediate weapons when a subjects behaviour becomes assultive. A taser is an intermediate weapon. It was that or OC spray / Batton. OC Spray in an enclosed environment would mean they would all be hit and a batton can break bones. 99.999% of taser incidents dont kill. He died because of excited delirium. By laying him down on his stomache, the adreneline, the long flights, the stress, the taser, his heart stoped.
You need to do more research my friend. The term; "Excited Delirium" was made up. It used to be called "Cocain induced Excited Delirium", until they started killing people that never had any contact with drugs. Neither term is recognized by the either the Canadian nor American Medical nor Pyscological Associations. The Taser people push this term in case of death because it sounds official. Murder is murder, regardless of the weapon used
@ancientclown Totally agree with you. It's just all made up to protect their (Taser International) assets. It's all business in the end. If their product sales go down they will go into the red. They will do anything to protect what is theirs. They already have to pay off a bunch of million dollar lawsuits. This company will have no funds left to make any more of these devices. They still say the device doesn't cause heart failure. After all these deaths they say it only affects the muscles.
@Ryantube007 He was angry and frustrated. Tell the RCMP to stop using weapons so liberally. This was a containment and restraint issue. They had more than enough officers to effect a nonlethal restraint, but instead they used their "force continuum" model which includes terrorizing someone and then keeping them from breathing.
(phisical freedom they still gave us it's a illusion anyway),do not accept the RFID chips(they will come soon!),God has gave every one of us one soul, one face and one unic identity(even angels have their names and unic identities) and let's die if case for Jesus Christ our lord and Savior!!!From Romania, almoust 2000 years old orthodox country, with love !!!!!

I agree. It might be better to have a system like the one in the UK, where no normal police officer has a firearm. Though having said that, you do see airport security guards with sub machine guns, but I can't remember whether it was in the UK or in Geneva.
The guy wasn't harmful. He couldn't speak english. How do you expect him to act.
A chair? You can't die from a chair being throw. You can't die from pepperspray.
You can die from constant electric going against the powers of your heart.
Man makes a taser. They haven't tested that on every human and don't know what the human can tolerate. You are jolting someone with electrical currents. Nonsense.
This guy will never come back because he threw a chair.
Oh yes.....Canada did NOT just get You Tube ...in fact we have had You Tube as long as the United States.
If you are too American, too white bread bitch to know anything about Canada. Do NOT comment about Canada. "It is far better for you to be silent and be thought a retard...than to open your mouth, and remove all doubt
Its established by the police on arrival that the man cannot speak English.the man seems calm when the police arrive but cannot comply with the polices English instructions. So what does common sense dictate, obviously maintain the calm situation and get a translator. Absolutely no reason to tazer the man. Interesting to hear what pack of lies the cops are going to use to get out this one.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
Shuuutup already. I guy acting like a fucking pyscho in an airport throwing things....not really a socially acceptable behaviour. It's funny how you fail to mention the fact that he has been convicted of violent crime such as robbery, etc. Take your bleeding heart, and tell someone who fucking cares.
They took a precaution...they tasered him... to prevent harm to themselves, and others, rather than simply knocking his teeth out etc. Cops are heroes, something you know nothing about.
Yeah some heroes...the lies of the RCMP at the inquiry are compounding. These four "men" have disgraced the RCMP..well I should say have disgraced the RCMP even more.
Conclusion: You had an emotional reaction to something you weren't prepared to see.
Don't pretend to understand it, though. You have a lot to learn, and in 25 years when you better understand what it means to live in a Western, liberal democracy is all about, you'll probably feel a bit silly.
But I'm still glad you at least had SOME reaction to this unfortunate incident; shows that you're human. Just not necessarily a critically thinking one.
Tasers are a portable torture device and are used as such in 99% of the cases for that purpose. Not as a defense against assault, etc. Compliance. You are the lowly citizen. Do this or do that or zappo.
You want people to take you seriously intellectually but you can't spend a minute finding out how to pronounce the guy's name?
Anyone who becomes a cop - or a lawyer, or a judge - is to be suspected. Cop's primary functions are revenue generation for the state and to intimidate and subdue citizens for the state. They may not have "wanted" to kill this guy but they're not all that concerned about it either.
Yes we (in Canada) know of Mr. Dziekanski death. It is the result of corrupt police that US has indeed had its fair share (Rodney King incident). I so agree with you, the RCMP officers did not handle this well but for some reason because it was in Canada, it is considered unacceptable. But Canada can indeed have the same challenges as US especially in light of current events since 9-11. Do your homework...
You got it wrong re: Rodney King. Those particular cops got hosed. They showed restraint. Note that King walked away under his own power with only minor injuries - no broken bones. What do you think they could have done if they'd been trying to really hurt him? Those cops were NOT swinging to cause injury but to subdue. Note that King has since proven what a lowlife jigaboo he is - check out what this "model citizen" has been doing since.
This is what you get when you hire a bunch os airhead ex-hockey players who only become cops so they can pick up women all day long. The security guard sounded more professional than the rcmp twits did.
Gross overuse of power by your police. We dont hold it against you Canadians in Poland though. All over the world the police kills its own citizens and it happens to foreigners too. We cant really take their weapons away because many cops would get slaughtered. On the other hand there is a reason to why they would get killed; as an act of vengence. I appreciate your message, Decky.
Dziekanski's supporters have angrily accused government and police lawyers of trying to vilify.
He loved geography and read many books about the country that was to be his new home, the inquiry heard.
He played chess and gardened. And he also wanted to travel across Canada to see a place he had only read about in the many books and atlases he had collected about the country.
His hobbies included playing chess and bridge with friends and working at a nearby garden
it fucked up how people just get on with there lifes like everythings ok when there are souless mindless evil assholes going about, no one really cares until its someone they know that gets killed. i hate people.
Bravo for your brave statement. We are all ashamed and appalled. What a bullish, cruel act by the officers that ended with the death of an innocent man. May this not be forgotten and the proper punishment be assessed on those responsible.
What if the officers in this case had simply shown compassion for Mr. Dziekanski, perhaps offering him some water or sitting down with him, assuming a non-threatening posture within a safe distance of him? What would the outcome have been then? How is it that these officers are so poorly trained that they assessed the situation as imminent threat? How did they view hands raised over head as a combative stance? A distressed man with a stapler? Come on.
Excellent video and comments! It is a good thing that you speak out that's what we all who live in this country need to do; not be afraid of the unfair system; even though they have the weapons and the judicial system on their side we can still do something to stop this kind of irrational actions. In a desperate move the RCMP (CIA-like) made up that this man had a previous armed conviction in native Poland to justify his killing. Keep up with the good videos and reviews Decky11. God Bless!
Yeah. Next time I'm at the aiport I'm gonna smash a computer and threaten security and blame everyone else for my behaviour except myself. May I ask if you have bothered to read about his conviction for armed robbery? I wonder how his victims felt?
Hey, Decky11. A knee in the back may have actually killed Dziekanski and not the tazer. Police are fully aware about the preventable phenomenon of restraint asphyxia but "law enforcement types" are reluctant to admit that this is often the reason that people in custody die after a forcible takedown.
Robert Dzienkanski did not have any weapons to defense himself, I mean he did not have any guns or teaser. I agree in your video, those cops killed that innocent passengers. STUPID COPS...Yes, they think that teaser guns are toys. Before they go to their "DUTY", shoot themselves with that teaser and see how they feel.
@mhelward05 Holy crap this is old, but yes, cops get tazered themselves as part of training, in america at least. And, you do not tazer a guy with a gun, you SHOOT a guy with a gun. You tazer people who don't listen to what you say or are otherwise a threat.
no i live in the yukon and i do not recieve news paper television or movies and so you made me cry that is so sad. i use this computer and i have watched all of your videos and let me say you are a very sad girl but such a powerful speaker you are truly a spectacular woman
How can anyone be so frikken stupit it takes him ten hours to find the exit door of an airport? CLearly the guy was withdrawing from the booze and had the shakes. I know. Ive been there. And when you get it, you forget everything. Even where you stashed yer booze. And you get awful agressive. So clearly this guy, who is a gypsie which peoples feel agressed alot gets agitate and then the RCMP come along and bkoz they r goonz + incompetenz u get this tazerout at Edmonton koral.
Maybe if canadian police forces, the rcmp included hired people who actually had people skills and were suitable for the job things like this would not happen. They are more concerned with seeing a bunch of uneducated violence prone heterosexual white males whose only real ambition is to women's phone numbers all day long than getting intelligent recruits with life and people experience.WHM should be barred from law enforcement!!
Cops are zealous, but it's ridiculous to say, "he wasn't hurting anyone". Just ignore the crazed maniac throwing things, he hasn't hurt anyone YET so just sit back and see what happens. HE has no responsibility to remain calm and comply with the officers. He doesn't speak English so he might think the cops are TELLING him to pick up furniture and throw it. Besides, it's the cops jobs to wait until their lives are threatened before they take action with what is normally a non-lethal weapon.
I work in Law Enforcement, and all the rookies are the same....they always want to look clean, and clean boots, and nice hair, and take steroids, and never ever ever want to get their uniform dirty cause they won't look good for the chicks......so they taser the guy instead of wrestling with him!

All the cops that are posting comments saying they followed procedure are WRONG! Procedure is to use the taser once, giving the suspect a jolt, causing a distraction technique, and thus allowing the cops the opportunity to gain physical control. Then the guy survives and evryone goes home safe!
O.K. seriously....it is not fair to say ALL cops are dumb assholes pussy fucker poorly trained corrupt bastards, but the 4 that killed the Polish guy are for sure!
Tasering once is acceptable and protocol. Tasering someone 5 times is MURDER!!!!!!!Tasers were originally created to be used by farmers to keep their cattle in line. Even farmers will tell you that tasering more than once will kill a cow! So how is the human body going to handle 5 taserings!!!!
This guy came to Canada without even learning three words in English " I am Polish". He took over a whole arrival area with a plane coming in and they needed the area. He went beserk plain and simple. People like artliner who are too stupid to even spell "you" instead of "u" should pull their heads out of their ass.
The four heros were finally cleared today. Most of us educated people knew it was going to happen it was just common sense. I am sorry RCMP members on behalf of all Canadians.

responsible staff committed a disastrous ignorance, no one try to talk with Robert, security stated that he speaks in Russian...
This man was exhausted in a big stress and he was treated like a criminal because he threw a chair? he did not need to die, This situation has been assessed tragic incorrectly and I hope,
The nice Polish man came to Canada, got tazered and died. You left out the part where he went nuts in the airport throwing furniture and even a computer before the police were called. If you take over an area in the airport, throw things around and go nuts and you might get tazered by the police. The girl doing this video would expect the police to kiss his ass or something. This was not the fault of the police, they did their job and something went wrong and thats all.
like serious.. they only had to tazer him like once? not fucking 5 times and when hes down on the ground he still gets taserd ur fucked the police fucked up thats right FUCKED UP BIG TIME and it was there fault.. ur fucking retarted just stfu..
Disturbing? Disgusted? Goddamn, you people are so soft that it makes me sick=/ he got tasered, he had a heart attack, end of story, he just yelled a little and thats just it. Life, deal with it.
After seeing your video, I saw the original video of that incident and read about it on google. I don't know, its been half an hour and this video is not getting out of my mind, I am very disturbed, very very sad.
With family members in the RCMP I am happy that they have the taser, because the reality is that his behaviour was aggressive; he had been picking up and throwing computers and other items. The other side of the coin on this is that I would have been pissed if my brother were in that situation, and some big Polish guy sent him to hospital because my brother couldn't taser him.
BTW, the RCMP was founded after US whiskey traders slaughtered 25 Assiniboine natives at Cypress Hills. Who's ashamed?
Besides the fact that you are very cute....and move your mouth arround like Alicia Silverstone....I have to agree with everything you said!
The RCMP ZAPPED...DROPPED....and BAGGED the guy in under 6 minutes!!!!
As punishment to the Officers, they should be zapped for 30 minutes! If they too go into cardiac arrest, let them lay there dying just like they did with the poor guy.

He got tased because he was non compliant.. stupid whore. Who the fuck cares what you think? WHy THE HELL ARE YOU POSTING A VIDEO? Are you that self indulgent that you think anyone would care what an ugly girl thinks about a video on youtube? HAHAHA>
Pigs love to use tasers, it gives them a hard on. The she-pigs cream their pig-pants. Bottom line: pigs and criminals come from the same defective, sub-human gene pool and we need to sterilise them all to improve the human race.
He identified that the constables were police when he shouted "Polizia!"
When a police officer instructs you to do something, as the constables did here, you do it, because they do it with body language, not verbal language. Watch the video again, and look at Dziekanski's behaviour and then watch the constables as he tells him to sit down.
Think about what the RCMP are responsible for if this guy is insane and gets past them into the open airport to attack people. That's their responsibility.
FrankeeFraud, "ugly stick" up your a**. What are you a transsexual after crude face job got jealous of a true female beauty? I suggest you push that "ugly stick" deeper and make a few hard strokes to pass out, fag.
Common Sense is nice to hear. Good comments. Typical Police heavy-handedness. If there were 3 or more police then they could have easily taken him. Poor bloke was murdered basically. They didn't know he would die but the possibility would have been removed from the equation if they hadn't used tasers. very cowardly. He wasn't armed.
I'd love for one of you Canuck fuckers to land in Almaty or Tashkent where nobody speak English and the border guards don't offer a translator. You get agitated after the person who is to pick you up and guide you through this alien environment doesn't show.
He could have got shot with a gun, all cops are not good cops, but there are good one's. You don't think it was nessecary for the cops to use a taser, there's going to be a time when something may happen to you then you would need the cops, they weren't trying to kill him, it they were they would have just shot him then you would have really had something to talk about
mrgerman553 1 month ago

DRAT311 11 months ago
Too many idealists think that a solution needs to be perfect in order for it to be used. That is illogical. A solution only needs to be the best available solution. The alternatives to tasers are guns, physical struggle(more likely to cause injury either from impact trauma or heart conditions), or the police "minding their own business" as many people like to say. I call the last one anarchy. And they would be the first ones to cry about the police not doing their jobs if that happened.
DRAT311 11 months ago
Where I live cops are good people and are here to protect and serve and I have needed their help several times. Three of my best friends are cops. I think your broad brush approach in describing all cops is kinda naive. Not all cops are bad ya ignorant little leaf eater. You prefer anarchy?
arcadianwave 1 year ago

@tarotimes Exactly.
murmur5555 3 months ago
@cowboy9mmca what shape he was in is moot: prone restraint and/or restraint asphyxia should be avoided as much as possible due to its lethality.
murmur5555 4 months ago
@murmur5555 And if we lived in an ideal world things like this wouldn't happen but we don't live in an ideal world. Don't misinterpret my comment as I do agree with you. I don't fault Deck11 on her opinion of what she feels in reference to this incident as she is entitled to have one. What does bother me is the spin the media has put on this and the fact that many members of the public has painted all of us with the same brush.
cowboy9mmca 4 months ago
@cowboy9mmca Hey man, don't be bothered too much. There are lots of people that see it for what it is. Sad circumstances but RCMP did nothing wrong.
NitroExpressify 4 months ago
@NitroExpressify Thanks Nitro. I try not to let it get to me but it can be hard. The only error I see made in this incident was that the members involved or moreso the supervisor didn't take advantage of time and space. I can't think of the number of times i heard the argument how could 4 police officers not control one man?! I have seen and been involved in countless violent incidents and have come to realize its not the size of the dog in the fight but size of the fight in the dog!
cowboy9mmca 4 months ago
@cowboy9mmca You've got that right! Hard to get a person down when they really start fighting. People don't understand until they have been in the position themselves.
NitroExpressify 4 months ago
@cowboy9mmca The police should not escalate situations and learn proper restraint technique. A large person can be handled with the right training.
murmur5555 3 months ago 2
@murmur5555 I often hear comments like yours from people who work within the healthcare field. I have seen far worse treatment take place by healthcare providers on people with mental health issues than what occurred in this incident. This is only an issue because RD died during the process of being restrained. Unfortunate but unless you can perfect a way of dealing with potentially violent people please by all means write a user manuel.
cowboy9mmca 3 months ago
@cowboy9mmca This death was completely preventable. Only sadistic, self-centered, police officers would use this amount of inappropriate force. Once someone is on the ground, they should be properly restrained with leg straps, rolled over onto their backs, and properly handcuffed. There is no need to put pressure on someone's chest, especially with so many officers present. Each officer could have taken hold of one extremity to gain control; no pressure is necessary on the head, neck or chest.
murmur5555 3 months ago
@murmur5555 Once again in an ideal world every death would be preventable. To call these officers sadistic and self centered in my opinion is unwarranted because you like many others have formed your opinion off of what the media has wanted you to see. You haven't been present for the good these men have done. None of these officers have had previous complaints of excessive force made against them from the public otherwise the media wouldhave already reported it.
cowboy9mmca 3 months ago
@murmur5555 These officers were did what training had taught them to do. I don't know what your experience is with confrontational people but in my own experience even small individuals can be extremely difficult to restrain . Police don't handcuff people in the front for reasons of safety. Lets take into respect that RD was also 6'9 and 320lbs so one officer trying to just restrain a leg for instance would be questionable given his strength.

They followed protocol.
frankthatank22 1 year ago
He was treated worse than an animal. That many police could have easily taken him down without a taser. I can't understand it?
blarson12 1 year ago
As far as using the taser, they did nothing wrong. Robert was being violent and they won't wrestle him down because as far as they know, he might be the polish Bruce Lee or carry weapons. Next, they can't use pepper spray because they're indoors. Before using the LAST RESORT firearm, they are suposed to use their taser. Robert was high, dehydrated and had heart problems and that's what killed him. Next time you see a crackhead being violent, how about you step up and show the police what to do?
frankthatank22 1 year ago

Stop spreading unfounded lies.
frankthatank22 1 year ago
@frankthatank22 "Personally knowing many police officers"? Thank you. Next! It's not a 'random report' on tasers, it's the ONLY INDEPENDENT (from your killer cronies) report on this particular case. First you get your facts straight.
'Unfounded lies'? I'll send you back numbers of The Vancouver Sun if I come across them, won't waste more of my time.
All you need to see what happened is... even just one eye. Use it, before making a moron of yourself. Again. But what would you expect?
PrZemek44 1 year ago
@frankthatank22 I meant 'I'll send you the dates' of those numbers. Just in case you get confused...
Oh, I got an idea, you can google 'vancouver sun'! And 'braidwood report'. How about that?! You welcome
PrZemek44 1 year ago
@PrZemek44 Next? Are you a McDonald's? You use a report on ONE incident and make a generalization, which anyone can see is wrong. But, you also believe the news papers accurately portray crime. I guess you must know more than the dozens of articles written by criminologists with a PhD. They all prove the opposite. Good you can name sources, might want to check how reliable they are next time. So you know, none of the cops I know ever killed anyone, even the SWAT members. Some "killers" huh.
frankthatank22 1 year ago

Or, is it because Dziekanksi and yourself are polish that your angry and can't see this is the one in a million case where someone unfortunetly dies.
frankthatank22 1 year ago
@frankthatank22 Again (why do I have the feeling that I AM talking to a 5 year old?) THIS CLIP is about this ‘one in a million’ case, and showing off your ‘extensive knowledge’ HERE is an insult to Dziekanski’s mother and our (those who have eyes) intelligence. No, they didn't follow protocol, they 'acted like in a bar brawl' being 4:1 and then using a 'stapler defence'. And what makes me ’knowledgeable’ is that I live in Vancouver and had MY encounters with those goons (and I speak English).
PrZemek44 1 year ago
@PrZemek44 Ever hear of 9/11? Seeing how this happened in an airport, it is obvious that they'll send more than 1 officer to respond, seeing how they're unsure of the situation until they arrive. And, you view my education and the experience of many officers as equal to you living in the city of the incident and I imagine your encounters were you being just as arrogant as you are now and the officers responded. 1) 3 officers signed, would you like all RCMP members across Canada to sign?
frankthatank22 1 year ago
@frankthatank22 Your 9/11 analogy makes as much sense as all other 'arguments'.
1) (I don't see your 'take' on 2) ALL RCMP?! No, there were FOUR cops not 3, you blind moron! (THAT'S arrogant, I was too patient with you for too long.) Yeah, keep talking about your education, blah blah, I'm done with you. Anyone with a slightly above 60 IQ (or yours, whatever's lower) can see what's your 'agenda' and how unbelievably stupid you are.
Have a nice pointless life, cop. Checking out.
PrZemek44 1 year ago
@frankthatank22 You still didn’t answer; 1) why only 3 cops signed at first - he was 40, out of shape, and under extreme stress (oh, and after being tased FIVE times) so don’t compare THIS to some pranks with your buddies cops, 2) what do you think of this Benjamin Robinson murderer? Killing someone younger than you, driving drunk? And running… Some cop, eh?
Oh, it’s spelled ‘Polish’. Thanks
PrZemek44 1 year ago
@PrZemek44 3 is plenty. 1) He was under the influence of narcotics, being tazed 5 times makes sense. I know of people breaking through handcuffs, shattering their wrists and feel no pain because of narcotics. If an officer does drunk driving he deserves the same punishment as anyone. But, now you're naming 1 incident, might want to look into the thousands of cases where people ranging from lawyers to construction workers do the same. We're all human. And you have grammar mistakes too big shot.
frankthatank22 1 year ago
@frankthatank22 Where do you get your 'facts' He had no drugs or alcohol in his stystem!
It's not ONE, it's DOZENS cases of your brothers breaking the law. But what do I know, I just live here, you with all your educated friends can... you know what. Keep talking, I won't lower myself to this level anymore... Bye.
PrZemek44 1 year ago
@PrZemek44 You just spent two paragraphs throwing insults left and right and not coming up with any arguments. Actually, all your replies were filled with insults. Your words show your true character. If anyone would like to share objective arguments about this event with me, feel free. But to PrZemek44 I have nothing left to say.
frankthatank22 1 year ago
You complain they came "rushing in", would you rather they took their time and stop for coffee? You have literally no knowledge of law enforcement or the judicial system. As you say Canada is one of the safest and friendliest places, so where is the let down from our courts? Granted, there are flaws but nothing is perfect. You claim police officers join the force knowing they're going to kill, while in reality it is extremely rare that they ever need to use their firearm.

BurmeseSamosa 1 year ago

Ryantube007 2 years ago
You need to do more research my friend. The term; "Excited Delirium" was made up. It used to be called "Cocain induced Excited Delirium", until they started killing people that never had any contact with drugs. Neither term is recognized by the either the Canadian nor American Medical nor Pyscological Associations. The Taser people push this term in case of death because it sounds official. Murder is murder, regardless of the weapon used
ancientclown 2 years ago
@ancientclown Totally agree with you. It's just all made up to protect their (Taser International) assets. It's all business in the end. If their product sales go down they will go into the red. They will do anything to protect what is theirs. They already have to pay off a bunch of million dollar lawsuits. This company will have no funds left to make any more of these devices. They still say the device doesn't cause heart failure. After all these deaths they say it only affects the muscles.
olive4naito 1 year ago
@Ryantube007 He was angry and frustrated. Tell the RCMP to stop using weapons so liberally. This was a containment and restraint issue. They had more than enough officers to effect a nonlethal restraint, but instead they used their "force continuum" model which includes terrorizing someone and then keeping them from breathing.

Cops love their tasers.

No shit...we have had YouTube for a bit.
Do your homework...
tydees 2 years ago

Bravo for your brave statement. We are all ashamed and appalled. What a bullish, cruel act by the officers that ended with the death of an innocent man. May this not be forgotten and the proper punishment be assessed on those responsible.
rfi12310 2 years ago 3

I wonder how his victims felt?
hansupgwai 2 years ago

Actually I heard that cops have to get shot with tasers in training.

@mhelward05 All police officers in the US and Canada who use taser have been tasered as part of their training, so they know how it feels.

@mhelward05 Holy crap this is old, but yes, cops get tazered themselves as part of training, in america at least. And, you do not tazer a guy with a gun, you SHOOT a guy with a gun. You tazer people who don't listen to what you say or are otherwise a threat.

Who's ashamed?
plasterdbastard 3 years ago
Besides the fact that you are very cute....and move your mouth arround like Alicia Silverstone....I have to agree with everything you said!
The RCMP ZAPPED...DROPPED....and BAGGED the guy in under 6 minutes!!!!
As punishment to the Officers, they should be zapped for 30 minutes! If they too go into cardiac arrest, let them lay there dying just like they did with the poor guy.
I'm in Law Enforcement so I guess we'll never meet. Anyway.....If I was there ...he would still be alive!!!!!!

Pigs love to use tasers, it gives them a hard on. The she-pigs cream their pig-pants. Bottom line: pigs and criminals come from the same defective, sub-human gene pool and we need to sterilise them all to improve the human race.

He was Polish and spoke very little or no English. How can you comply to an officers demands if you don't know what the hell they're saying to you?
Try going to China and then "complying" to Chinese police's demands. Lets see you comply when you have no clue wtf they're saying.
PeoplesGeneral 3 years ago
He identified that the constables were police when he shouted "Polizia!"
When a police officer instructs you to do something, as the constables did here, you do it, because they do it with body language, not verbal language. Watch the video again, and look at Dziekanski's behaviour and then watch the constables as he tells him to sit down.
Think about what the RCMP are responsible for if this guy is insane and gets past them into the open airport to attack people. That's their responsibility.
