200 flights and counting with no in flight failures. The wings shown here are Vectran, which is similar to Kevlar, hence making the wings practically indestructible. Even the lighter material wings are very hardy - when they crash into something, the impact energy is absorbed and distributed rather than damaging the structure as with a traditional rigid wing.

How do you cope with varying pressure differentials between the internal structure and the outside environment with changes in altitude?

Pressure regulators keep the gage pressure constant as altitude is changed.
