Diana is amazing, not perfect no one is, but shes close. The only flaw I can find in her singing in general, is a tendency to be a bit breathy. Sometimes she does it on purpose for dramatic effect but just as often I think its unintentional. Still for that to be the only flaw (as far I could tell) is pretty amazing.

She caresses every single word and really creates an atmosphere of madness!!! Her diction is really exemplary! This role is perfect for her! But what am I saying?^^ She's always perfect!!!!

I think, if AN would sing this role I wouldn't understand one single word!!!

I've the recording of Callas and I know she is the greatest... so you have to choose between Bartoli, Berganza and Garanca...

I don't understand why most people say that Elina Garanca lacks passion and temperament! She's a wonderful performer!!!!!!!

I think that Elina's italian accent is quite horrible and I don't like her very much singing Rossini, she should be more focous... I like her as a singer, but I think she is not made for Rossini...

Contrary to popular belief, someone -can- be better than Damrau, even though she'll always be my favorite. Haha I'd fly in the face of logic/good taste to defend Damrau :p
