I don't think he is saying that all rock music is bad, but many rock bands (more heavy and hardcore rock) worship Satan and promote the mark of the beast.

It depends how you define rock, by culture or by sound? Guitar, base, and drums or by the content of the culture which arose during its time. Music is satanic based on the lyrical content, not the beat or the guitar riffs.

It makes sense why there would be Christian rock, 1 alot of Christians do not allow their children to listen to Rock, by Coming out with Christian rock, they can then tap into a demographic and make money off of those people AND push incorrect "Love is all you need" doctrine of Christians instead of the true Gospel of repentanc,and Jesus's death on the cross for our sins.

@Ralain OR Bands that consider themselves to be Christian wish to try to counter act the "Devil encouraging" music, so they label themselves as Christian Rock bands, and the music companies see it as a money opportunity, and way to influence so adopt it and make the title. Christian Rock was not an official music genre till recently, past 10 years or so.
