this type of music uses a somewhat hidden repetitive musical form that succeeds in making you lose the sense of time. As long as you start drifting in it (provided you can "adapt" to this kind of music), the repetitive segments make you lose the sense of time. Its a semi-ambient type of theme...
man.........they've covered it all...I'm sure other artist from there day would listen and just sling themselves in a chair cause..man..what were they DOING compared to this....
i love this the video and the track work so well together its so relaxing its almost hypnotic this would be very theraputic for stress it takes you to another dimension sara x
I was listening to this last night in bed in total silence in the dark. Her whispering is like lost loved ones calling you from the spirit world... This vid fits, cheers for posting

Beautiful - haven't listened to any Cocteaus since 1990 or so. Ah, nostalgia. And it still sounds fantastic.

Great piece of music, no doubt. 4 minutes is a bit excessive, though: in my humble opinion, the music would work better under 3 minutes.

Actually, that was an American tv program. It was on ABC back in the 60s. 'Twas a very good program, though. :)

God, how did they come up with this music? I've listened to them for 20+ years and I'm still stunned. Gorgeous.

I want to see a gallery show of this work on flat panel TVs. It's kind of Turneresque.
