Actually, my brain is working properly, Sir. We all may have evolved from the same monkey however, this babbling-buffon of a president appears to show more primate-like antics than the average bear. The ability to kill a fly this swiftly is proof that his instincts are closer to orangutan than to human. Plus, the way he babbles also lead me to believe that he is very closer to cro-magnum than the rest of us.
