The bag for the carry on is also very useful. Leave the carry on out and It can store water, keys and even a light lunch, so I would say its good value.
@brokendownv1, we don't have a CarryOn specifically designed for our 26" bikes at the moment. You can stuff a 26" folder into a CarryOn, but it is a tight fit and one of the crank arms will stick out a little bit. You might want to consider the Stow Bag XL, which would fit a Jack nicely.
@DahonFoldingBikes we definitely need this for the Jack! Does anyone have a video or pictures of jamming the Jack into this CarryOn? If it works without too much pain I'll get it. But if you have to strain and push and pull to get the cover on, or if it doesn't really cover the bike well, I'll wait for the CarryOn XL or try to make my own. @DahonFoldingBikes, how well does the Jack fit into this and how much work is it? Thanks!

I like this bag the best. It's minimalistic.
If they allow me to take the bicycle on the bus, train, uncovered, I wouldn't even consider buying the bag.
