Something isn't right here, at that degree of flexion piriformis is an internal rotator, so the toes should point outward.
Also, if the foot is dorsiflexed like this, there is more chance to stretch the sciatic nerve, which may not be indicated. Yes the posterior chain and fascial line is also stretched this way, but nonetheless, the nerve is in the way.

And by the way, Johann, sorry I forgot to respond to your comment. If your sciatic nerve is reacting to the stretch you simply need to move into it until you feel the stretch but not the sciatic pinch, and work from there. As you do it more, the piriformis will release allow more movement.
