  • Very strong little lady!

  • It is still available if you want it.

  • You mean the mallet? Who wants the crap know as HP.

  • Nothing personal against Bill and it is not really an anger issue, more of a stress relief technique.

  • Hmmmm....not sure if this works with car repair too. Can you post a vid of you repairing your car that way for me please?

  • That was real time. Send me your computer and we will see if she can do better.

  • Video is at real time.

It was her first repair job - hence the unfamiliarity with the hammer..

If you send your computer she can repair it similarly and she will be more efficient with the hammer - I promise.

  • you didnt hit it hard enough! i was wishing she would blow it in one strike

  • Her first time using that repair tool. Can you send us your computer so that she can get more practice?

  • Sure! but you should post on youtube :)

  • barrel and lighter fluid. Great idea! Post your vid.

  • You should have finished that POS off by chucking it in a 55g barrel and dousing it with some lighter fluid. HP SUCKS! HP TECH SUPPORT SUCKS BALLS! HP WARRANTIES SUCK DONKEY DICK! HP CUSTOMER SERVICE SWALLOWS!

  • Looks like the laptop is as old as the lawn mower,, and she swings that hammer like a gi????? Oh.. That is a girl..Sorry

  • She is a rookie with that particular hammer but she has been repairing laptops using that method for years.

  • i would use a blowtorch and a chainsaw

  • Awesome. Cant wait for the video!

  • Very observant of you to recognize that she is, in fact, a girl. You are definitely HP Repair Staff supervisory material.

  • Thanks. Post a video showing your technique. It might help her to improve.

  • She is an apprentice repair-person. Job title is Smasheriffic Technician I.

She is attending a two week class on proper hammer technique and working out regularly at the gym.

  • iam not ready for the hammer yet ! i want HP to repair there machine thats cooked

  • HP - repair? Are you joking?

  • Heeheehee that's a fun idea. Personally, I would use a large wooden spoon as it would take longer to beat it into shape and at the end you would have the satisfaction of doing a job with the silliest of tools. XDXDXD A sledgehammer is probably more practical, though.

  • Wooden spoon is a great idea! Can you post a video of you beating it with a wooden spoon please?

  • I would love to see a video of your gramma hammering a laptop!

  • That was the new little known login process....Actually it is known as the hammer-in process.

  • HP CEO and tech team should be fixed like this...

  • We wrote them and volunteered to do these repairs at half of the cost of their factory staff but we have not heard back from them yet.

  • HP doesn't give a shit to their customers who already bought it....I'll make sure non of friends, family member and company(4000+ employees) buy any HP product again. And will sue the for the design flaw of TX1000 soon.

  • someone forgot to eat their wheaties lol

  • That was her first time ever handling a sledgehammer. She will do better on her next HP laptop.

  • First time sledge user. She is working to improve the technique.

  • hp the best pc ever stupid girl meme pas capable de lever la masse

  • i may be wrong but it looks like a photo shoot. the edges around the laptop look different to the landscape. also the lapy doesnt eaven move when hit most of the time.... FISHY

any how HP sucks so woot 4 you

  • Nothing fishy, not even a second shooter on the grassy knoll.

  • If it looks fishy it was probably shot with an HP camera.

  • I enjoyed, HP sux!!! thanks

  • Looks like you got it back to tip top brand new working condition!

  • Yes - equal to any other HP product.

  • y didnt you just sell it to a pawn shop

  • Why torture someone else with an HP product?

  • u sure fix it xD

  • Yes - Very satisfying to make the customers happy.

  • i tought you where gonna fake it because you where like ughh the hamster is too heavy....

  • She is working on improving her technique. Can you send your system so that she can practice some more?

  • lucky mine doesnt need to get fixed :P (3 yr old dv9000)

  • That is about all that series of laptop is good for.

  • I just did that last month to my HP pavilion dv6000 something. And now it has turned into an Acer Ferrari, wow! This works.

5 starts. Why didnt HP tell us about this before? Well, maybe better now than never.

  • waahha works on all HP laptops XD wahhahaha

  • that the only way to fix such a piece of shit laptop

  • hp laptops sux....cheap fan...and only one..thats why it over heats fast...ergo...its shutdown or the screen turns black....can i borrow that giant hammer later...

  • Send your system, we will repair it just like the video.

  • Lol, swinging the sledgehammer like it's 100000 pounds, hit it harder! Jeze, and that's a waste of money.

  • you can berly hold the sludge hammer !

  • Her first time on the sledge. She will improve on her next few laptops.

  • thanks my lap top works now!

  • Happy to help!

  • I have a HP/Compaq computer and printer.

    Terrible choice! HP/Compaq sucks!

Really dumb choice, I regret buying a HP/Compaq computer.

(gives computer a angry stare "the second I get enuf money and buy a new computer I WILL DESTORY YOU AND SEND YOU BACK TO THE PITS OF HELL WHERE YOU CAME FROM YOU DEMOND!")

  • Sorry To Hear That

    -HP Team

  • Send me the system and I will have our tech work on it...just like the video.

  • haha

    lol

  • I'm going to try it out.

    Thanks for the info!

  • Happy to help. Best of luck.

  • Is it still working?

  • Yes! Good as it ever was.

  • It works? im gonna try it out x)

  • Works great and relieves stress too.

  • Nahyia Detka??? Wasnt she a Russian figure-skater in the 1970's?

  • i wish i could dot hat to mine right about know my speakers say no audio playback installed so i have no sound at all!!

  • You will have great sound once the sledgehammer hits the keyboard. There is a wonderful smashing sound.

  • That was funny. Besides the whole you can't handle a sludge hammer to save your life.

  • That was her first time using that technique. Please send us your computer and she can get more practice.

Thankfully most people do not need to save their owns life while using a sledge hammer.

  • i soo want to do that to mine!!!

  • Do it! I double-dog dare you!

  • If you do, you will feel very satisfied once you complete the repair.

  • finally a accurate computer repair

  • i wonder if your warranty still covers it xD LMFAO!!

  • I HATE HP!!!! I am losing my mind because of HP I will never buy another HP for as long as I live and hopefully they will have gone out of business before then!!! Die HP die!!!! >:-O

  • Dummy all problem video card repair possible jajaja lol.

  • did it fix the fault?

  • bad girl!!!

  • lol

  • i think you should improve your skill in compuer repair:D

  • She is doing strength training to get better with that hammer.

  • Safety Goggles!

  • Great advice. Steel toe boots will also be used next time.

  • lol so tru

  • i got hp dv2000 and i might do that technique on it. lol

    HP lappy sucks

  • LMAO...

    poor notebook

  • kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

execelente no brasil essa merda tmb da problema

  • H.J

  • second HP here, only problem, the price.

  • WOW...u must be stressed out wit yer laptop

    same here...lol

  • its still good...

  • wow...

  • I have to Admit it is fun smashing things......DVD Player........

    :)

  • Ok....when that happens the service manual says to open the laptop, smash the screen seven times with a sledge hammer, close the laptop and turn it over, then hit it eight times with a brick, then place the laptop in the street and drive over it with your car.

  • yes i agree they went about this all wrong

  • She is working on her technique but that was the exact swing angle recommended by the HP service manual.

  • Hmmm....if I could actually get my laptop to suck ball that would be an improvement.

  • Glad to see that this modification technique is being successfully replicated elsewhere.

  • That was the technicians first use of the gravity-assisted-lead-pressure-injector, also known as a sledge hammer.

In her next video I expect that her technique will improve.

  • Actually, this is a video direct from their technical operations room. The IT Professional depicted is their top service representative.

  • First time hammer-user. Show some empathy.

  • it not was broken only you need turn on lol mmm ladys lol

  • Oops! You mean there is an off-on switch? I never thought of that!

  • STAY AWAY FROM HP, THEY ALL FAIL, DO NOT BUY THEM. I've had mine for motherboard replace 4 times, and guess what, it happened AGAIN.

  • LOL SHE CAN'T EVEN HANDLE A HAMMER :s

  • Those laptops just suck! Hp has noticed how to get a lot of money of their customers,"Lets make some shit and get some money of repairing them." Nice work!

  • HP is really sucks!! Worst laptop product I've ever seen!

  • You got that right pardner!

  • HP is really sucks!! Worst laptop product I've ever seen!

  • i like tht computer, u cnt destroy a gd computer damn ur spoilt t do tht. but yu shouldve trown it out of the window or smthin

  • Great idea except we live on the first floor. The window wasnt high enough to sufficiently modify the computer in the manner required.

  • looks like your just to retarded to handle computers.

  • hahahahahaha!

    she can barely lift it:P

    LOL

  • zomg she couldnt hit it and where was the hp laptop smashing audio o.0?

  • The silence really adds to the dramatic effect.

  • hit it stronger god dammit!

  • she is not strong at all lol, bet she got a heat attack right after she was done "wrecking" it :P

  • She is taking vitamins and steroids now to improve her muscles for future technical demonstrations

  • The worst maker of laptops I have ever seen. All their products are crap and customer service doesn't exist. Stay AWAY!

  • c'mon! swing that hammer!

  • that would be funny as hell if you hit the batter pack because mind you this it will explode and make a flaming fire of around 2,000 degrees (F) lmao

  • Great idea!

  • she can bearly hold the hammer

  • that looks more like an old dell inspiron

  • After she beat it, it became a Dell Inspiron.

  • Well, I mean that works if you plan to charge by the hour; however the quickest fix for all your niggling annoyances in the laptop is to simply place it down on a nice flat surface, get into a car, start the engine, and then proceed to reverse over it a few times.

    Fixed.

  • Great idea! Ill be sure to publish that in the next edition of the repair manual. Thanks IamRingles!

  • stop showing off cuz it was already technicly broken HA

  • i ussed once that fuc...ng hammer to break flor ... it is really hard to do it ...

  • True dat!

  • So that's where I've been going wrong, I'll be sure to pass this technique on to the guys at work.

  • yes! this is the same model and it works find after that simple repair

  • hey that looks like my laptop! (mine= ze4335us) hahaha I ripped the internal keyboard and mouse port apart but it's working even for gaming uses...

  • Rather odd how she swings with her back rather than her arms.

  • First-timer with the sledge. Next time her technique will be improved.

  • What a shit! Better give the laptop to me.Oops, sorry, didn't notice that it is already smashed :).

  • It is still available for sale at a discount price.

  • I don't blame you girl, HP laptops are the worst I have ever had
