  • Can You Make A Video On How To Raise The Suspension On A 2.5 Tmaxx?

  • nothin J.B. weld cant fix

  • lol..... off with the plastic and on with the aluminum!!!! =)

  • go all aluminum

  • @ljmkinney i did that im still waiting for ebay to ship my skid plates, bulkheads, tank guard, servo guard, shocktowers and some other stuff...

  • the exact same thing happended to mine but i could not afford to get aluminum bulkheads to replace the old ones

  • that was smart going with aluminum bulkheads they dont break easy in fact you prob wont even brake them at all

  • For all you HPI guys keep the stupid comments to yourself...don't watch a t maxx video and talk trash! Last time I check the XL Savage has a gas sucking 5.9 and tops out at 38!!! WITH A THREE SPEED!!! The Maxx can hit 45 out of the box with a 3.3 and a 2 speed. Its not a brick with wheels like the Savage, so yea its gonna break a piece of plastic landing on its lid at 35 mph

  • Didn't seem like a bad crash at all and you broke all that?

  • t-maxx is a great truck my friend has 5 you just suck at driving

  • learn to jump then jump!!! go with hpi savage anyway... way better truck

  • ouch

  • traxxas have terrible duribility.. if that was a savage it would be perfect still

  • this is why you dont gas it so much in the air! dumbass!!

  • @guitarhero3rox97

    not me?

  • I jumped my T maxx 7 feet in the air yesterday. Landed the same way. Broke the engine mount and the crankcase :(

  • see this is why u dont stay with the stock parts and jump it like that, and also a roll cage would have helped also :P

  • how have you got on with those new alloy bulks, I was thinking of getting some but the problem I thought was they may cause the chassis bend in crash, were at least the plastic ones break saving the chassis.

  • i hate that when it hapenes and its all the time

  • ohhh :D

    nice

  • the plastics are to stiff, no give for the money savage rules.tmaxx is crap

  • @besquell

    good saying!

  • @besquell wow t-maxx is the better truck bye far

  • @besquell bull shit, the tmaxx is a great truck, im sure that savage would break to

  • @besquell savage sucks nigger balls

  • @besquell fuck you wire hanged flopping fucking fish!!!

  • i broke my tmaxx's A arms immediately after breaking in the engine. it ran into a metal pole.

  • Tends to happen when you not it drives it into a metal pole

  • LOL i did the same exact thing with mine, i have a video on my account about it LOL go watch it.

  • f the bulkheads!!!!!

  • aluminum is the way to go... i did the same thing!!! FAIL!! lol

  • sucker

  • hmm, that didn't look like that bad of a crash to me really. suprised that much broke, but all of those parts you broke I have as RPM parts on mine now. Because mine did break too...

  • when i break arms on my savvy now im going rpm too, so many good things about them,

  • @SantinoFuentes yeah that crash didnt look anywhere near as bad as some crazy crap I have done...with no broken parts... weird

  • EPIC FAIL

  • yeah sheared your tips right off lol. I ran mine into a car tire and it cracked the shock tower right in half and broke the bulkheads bumper heads right off

  • that sucks man, go hpi or go home :)

  • yeah exactley, I'm gettin aluminums next time

  • @coolmania i had the same thing happen but i hit a eltrucel box

  • poor poor bulkhead rip.

  • fun the first week i bought my tmaxx i needed to buy more then 300 dollers worth of replacement parts lol

  • lol go savage or go break ;)

  • were your shocks stif?

  • couldnt tell you, wasnt my truck

  • Look just my Tmaxx,,LoL

  • get a aluminam

  • then it breaks other stuff

  • if it had only been a savage!

  • you got it ;)

  • Hey, just out of interest - How do you go about purchasing or building one of these things?

SCHMAT - Can you please comment my page with the things I need, or where I can learn to build such awesome little things?!

    Thanks buddy.

  • if you'd like to just buy one, your best bet would be to get a new one from a local hobby shop. If you want to build one up though, you can get individual parts much cheaper off of ebay compared to a shop. hope this helped!

  • you dont build them. you buy them...

  • well thats obv going happen if u have ur whole tmax made out of plastic when i first gt mine i chucked all the plastic shit and put metal

  • and then it weighs 30 pounds.

  • better than paying like 30 pound evry time u take it out

  • lol not true cause if you upgrade it to metal then the parts well just keep being more expensive everytime you do break them. and yes they will break

  • well yes they will break 1 day but id rather have a metal 1 for the main reason as u shown there is less chance of it failing going off a hill and every thing snaping

  • lol and they dont break everytime he goes off a hill.

  • i never said it didnt i just said there is more og a chance with plastic crap than wid metal

  • u will spend more cause u hit somethin with alum hard enough u'll fuck up the whole truck.

  • thank you.

  • nice one dumb ass

  • and your cool.

lets post make an account and make random dumb comments on peoples videos. your the dumbass.

  • haha...i did the same exact thing. landed upside down and broke bulkheads. i also replace w/ aluminum and love them!!!!

  • nice!

  • roll cage

  • too heavy.

  • oh well. thats part of the fun of having an rc truck/buggy/car is bashing it =D

  • that sucks !!

  • now do you see why not to buy traxxas? i think most other manufacturers could've easily took that lol

  • rofl? i have the same size of jump that i just toy around on with my revo, ive had some bad landings but havent broke a thing, then i went and tried my buddies savage 5.9, i landed on the front right wheel and broke a dog bone. my revo took much worse landings than that...

  • Look at it though...It's bent, buckled and all fucked up because it landed on its back...

We're not talking about a revo though are we...I personally think revos are pretty cool trucks for bashing, but nothing else from traxxas would be bought by me.

  • thats a lot of damage from one jump

  • lol yeah.

  • lol, it happens, t-maxxes are faster but savages are stronger a savage probable would have gotten right back up. no offense.

  • no offence taken,

    im a savage guy!

  • must of cost less than 65$

  • i forget

  • the crash didnt even look that bad

  • i know lol

  • i jumped tmaxx 3.3 off those same jumps yesterday on the pavement and got 41feet from the jump and landed perfect

  • cool

  • that really wouldnt of happend if u had set it up propperly for jumping plus how the hell u do that damage from that hign wasnt even big jump ive tried to jump a shed got at least 30 feet landed wrong only cracked the body a bit and bumper

  • all crashes are different. i've jumped my rustler 25 feet in the air at the park, then taken it home and broken $25 of parts with 1-2 foot jumps off the same ramp only much slower in just 2 jumps.

  • very true

  • Same thing happend to me! Except I busted two shocks along with the bulkheads and the shocktower. It's a pain in the ass to change bulk heads. Going to check out the T-Maxx 3.3, how much were the aluminum parts? Thats a good idea.

  • i forget how much the alluminum parts were

but he also broke a gas tank and i think he bent a shoke,im not sure

  • Oh okay, thanks anyways :)

  • Same thing happend to my E-maxx thats why i bought the ALuminum

  • lmao smae as us

  • good excuse to go alloy!

  • yepp

  • hummm i only have that excuse when i break summert that is already Alloy (enging mounts in other words XD had a few of them to replace :D )

  • lmao!

  • so this time ive found an Aloy with Titanium in it, so far its worked :D

  • lmao sweet,

  • hehe only just got my t-maxx back on the road after a 6 month out of use due to not being able to find a part :D at flipping last!

  • lmao have fun!

  • lol forgot to mention the glow plug got roasted and the wire blow in a big way :P got a load more on order

  • nice

  • well you say that now ill you hear what i just have disuverd inside me engine....and completely screwed over piston, huge crack!

  • id say screwed! :P

  • lol yep so i am selling 3 cars in a job lot (t-maxx 2.5, rustler and tamiya tgs-r)

  • nice good luck with that

  • thanks and well this convo is dragging on a bit lol so shall we just call it a day? and cya

  • lol alright peace

  • you have to break inorder to upgrade thats what i do thats what everyone should do why buy the same plastic bolk head when u can buy a integy blue one!

  • dude i know how you felt

  • wasnt my truck:P

  • zeroControltv

. Assault max 3.3trx bulk heads.... top ladings are null.... Sweet video

  • the revo 3.3 could have taken it. I have a revo 3.3 and it is like indistructible.

  • aw man that sucks nut

  • better spring rate would fix that launch, i suggest a progressive fitting

  • well it was like his 5th jump with a whole bunch of metal upgrades to the front so it was bogging in the front, but i believe hes looking into it
