CM punk is a great wrestler. Matt hardy would have trouble making a promo if he had a script stuck in front of him, CM punk can improvise words most audience members have never heard. And in the ring matt is average at best and punk is extrordinary. Matt has only ever been in one company and has capped as a mid-card, punk has succeeded in every company he's been in.
