Hi Cindy, I am also trying to lose weight and the idea of your menu plan makes it more easier. You dont have to wonder what you have to eat and its a lot easier to know what you can eat ahead. This is a great idea. I am also in my last 20 pounds and its so much harder. Its fantastic that you are losing weight consistently. shows your determination and will power. I am getting a lot of inspiration from you. Waiting to see you in your bikini. Continue doing the awesome job that you are doing.
Its awesome that you are losing much weight and that you have actually gotten this far. I have been watching all your videos. I think I watched almost all of them. You have lost a lot and now I can see that even you skin is glowing. It just means that you are getting healthier and that you are doing it the right way. People who just diet and not giving enough nutrition to their body look pale and unhealthy. I am voting for the potato and peas then the Spinach as I am a vegetarian.
I forgot to ask you another question. I am currently watching your other videos that lead up to your 88 lb loss and was watching the one about before your Vegas trip w/the girl in the store. She seemed to treat you differently since you "are not fat anymore". (Her words.) Anyway, I was wondering. Do people treat you differently as a slim person than they did when you were heavy and if yes, how so? (I am going to document how people treat me differently as I lose my weight.) Thanks!
I vote for potato soup. I use to eat McAlister's in a bread bowl before I took on this endevor at least once a week. I know how horrible it must have been for me. I would love to have a recipe that would be healthy & take that craving away. :)
