Hes still the same fighter, you just have to realize that he's had TWO acl surgeries (which would end most athletes careers), and was out of fighting/training for a year and a half. It takes a REALLY long time to come back to form from a layoff that severe and an injury that devastating. Even still, he hasnt even been knocked down in 4 years....lol. Yeah, Leites is good on the ground..apparently just not at getting his opponent there. That was pathetic. The biggest match of his career, and he doesn't even engage Silva, just lays on the ground, expecting Anderson to just hand him an advantage rather than earning one. He kept saying he wasn't scared of Anderson. That entire fight showed otherwise. You know you're the best when your mystique alone scares your opponent to the point he won't even engage.

Good predictions! Although I think it would maybe be a bad idea for Kongo to take Hardonk down. Hardonk trains BJJ under Rickson Gracie and is pretty well-versed on the ground. I actually see him winning this fight!

Also what are your predictions for Denis Kang vs Xavier Foupa-Pokam? I think it can go 2 ways myself: If it goes to the ground Kang can win. If it stays on the feet Kang is in serious trouble, as Pokam has some sick muay thai.

Joanne what most ppl dont remember about that fight is that in the 1st round, Thales knocked Marquardt down with a right hand and MOUNTED HIM! I think his standup is nearly as good as his BJJ but I dont think he should've won the fight it should've been called a draw. In any case he dosent stand a chance against silva.
