i DO KNOW the potential that dirt bikes have. you just have to search romaniacs for example here in you tube to see what a dirt bike can do with the best enduro racers in the world. and then, type formula offroad to see what a real 4x4 can do. simple as that.

mud, rocks, steep hillclimbs, sand, whatever... a decent 4x4 has a great advantage facing obstacles than a dirt bike...

only a 4x4 atv can outperform a truck... and even those, only in very specific situations...
