They didn't block "All music videos" only the ones licensed by the Universal Music Group etc. But it's all good now! :D

You can use a proxy to hide your location and trick them anyway ,,, sorted :D
I dont think Youtube should be used for music videos anyway as its a user generated website so only music generated by users should be uploaded... and not things they dont own unless they have permission ...
