@dingoatemybaby321 I'm obligated to not speak of the specifics of the ensuing lawsuit, but I can say this, essentially he turned big-headed once we swapped from At Daggers Drawn and were signed. The minute amount of fame went to his head. So we began attempts to find a new singer (ie. the timeframe when he left the band.) But then he spoke with the record label accusing us of illegal activity and had us removed when a member was randomly drug tested by the label and failed.

@rivinhal essentially man, Jonas was the fucking voice of reason that quelled Alex's sanity, and when he left, everything went downhill. It was the 2nd time he'd pulled a stunt like that. The first involved the Cory/Corey trio and myself as well. He's the reason I actually left the band before being signed, but was asked to return when the Cory/Corey trio finally quit. It's all complicated personal/business bullshit, but Alex is a sleazy guy and most of the former members won't forgive
