  • people are suggesting u use like 500hz how can one do this using house hold items, also u may want to try using parts from a device u can plug into your car lighter will power a computer or tv, and have you ever wondered what would happen if you magaged to isolate the cloudy fluid on the top and placed it in another tank and tried to seperate that would it need less volts amps electrolite? ur friend b.o.

  • The number of things that can be done are endless.. I just don't have time for all of them ... make sure you look at my new cell the "FOCUS-Q" .. There are over 400 videos now ..

    John AArons

  • i wonder what a flourine coated container would do for the H release?

  • interesting... you are on video 110.. there are over 300 videos and the cell has changed a lot.

    John AArons

  • I think a solution to this problem would be to add some frequency to the dc volts... on and off... and maybe later put o n an alternator making it go like a ac system att 500 hz or more per second

  • I am working on a pulse unit now and will be showing it few days. John AArons

  • more lye and more amps ??

  • Interesting question... everything in balance depending on the number of plates. John AArons

  • are you aware that daniel dingle seperated the hydrogen and oxygen before running it through his engine?

  • Yes I have all his data and have been looking at the two positions. I (at this point) believe that he did that because that is what was considered the norm then. If you consider that the amount of Oxygen that the car in sucking in "negates" the amount we are adding. John AArons

  • John, Are you certain a larger container in #110 is the difference and not how much electrolyte??? I ask again because I see you added a second spoon to the big container... because it was bigger.

  • I have discovered that the by adding more lye fixed the problem. I will have more information on that soon. John AArons

  • Hi John, great video series !

Could you also show the produced gas bubbled into water via a hose ?

So we could see, how many and how big bubbles you are producing with this

    setup.

    2. Do you plan to run it inside the car without a bubbler ?

Do you have a safety backfire valve that prevents blowing up

your electrolyzer when you build it into your car ?

    Many thanks.

    Regards, Stefan.

  • Just did just that ... video 111 shows the amount of gas being produced in the lab unit... I will be also doing the "AAron's Cell" next. John AArons

  • Hi John , great video's!

to be sure about the container-size you could first

try the bigone and then the smallone with the same

    electrolyte.

If containersize matters ,that's important info.

    Thanks

    Marcel

  • I believe I have the answer and will be doing a video test with it next day or two. John AArons

  • John, maybe I'm dumb but I fail to see what the problem was with your 16 cell not producing enough hydrogen. The only difference I could see was that you put the cell into a bigger container. What difference should this make?

    Warren Eggleton

  • You are not dumb... I now believe that the cell didn't preform because it required my lye. John AArons

  • with a plate system that large you need a larger water container brother

  • John, I'm wondering about your lab safety. I'm not clear on what volume of H2 you're producing, but I bet it's becoming pretty significant, especially now. Since you're not venting with a hood, directly over the cell, are you concerned about H2 combusting? Or just displacing the breathable air? You need a vent hood I think. H2 is oderless too isn't it?

  • I limit the time on the cell and I have two fans ... One about 6 foot to the right and another at the window... but having said that the efficiency of the cells is getting better as I refine it and I will have to make some changes. John AArons

  • This may have been covered somewhere before but if not, I have read somewhere that the plates can not be placed directly on the bottom of the container. This has something to do with the flow of bubbles and water as it produces the gas.

  • This is not correct... John AArons

  • It seems to me that with the 16 plate set-up the larger surface area diluted the voltage. It can't be just down to the container size, I'd say that has nothing to do with it. It seems the lye gave the weakened potential diff. enough of a boost to make it work properly.

  • we will see... John AArons

  • I have been receiving a lot of comments that are aimed at other people. I understand your frustration toward new comers but we must put all our effort toward our project. I truly thank you for your understanding... lets do this. John AArons

  • John, I know this is alittle late response about the guy suggestion about sanding the plates but I disagree in that I believe the smoother the surface of the plates, the less cling effect it will have, if it makes any difference at all.

  • Interesting ... I never thought about that. There is a thought along that line that having bubbles closer together might have a serf ice clinging effect and slow the productions down. John AArons

  • Yes, and I also believe that the plate system is the most efficent way to produce the reaction with the water as the opposing electrical charges being so close together also helps the process too.

  • I also heard that using a little acetone in the water will break the surface tention of the water as well but I haven't tried it yet as you know acetone is a solvant and may damage plastics and acrylics

  • I would not do that. John AAronss

  • We are all awaiting for the pulsed gas production rate. Moreover your PWM is based on the Myers design. Fantastic work dude.

  • Amazing video. Thank you!!! Good luck! Save the internet.

  • and lastly.. due to the theory of over-unity. ie cant get something for nothing.. how much power is required to produce the gas. and how much power does the gas, went used, productes??

  • i asked you before.. but you didnt realy answer my Question,, the gas coming off is a mixture of hydrogen and oxegen.. is it posable to capture that gas and run it through a fuel cell

and second (have i gotten it wrong. is it only the hydrogen that you are capturing,, how do you get rid/ where does the oxegen go??

thirdly) is it posable say for Eg to run a car or lawn mower on 100% of the gas that is comming of your cell(h&O) or not/??

  • 1. The gas in my cell is Hydrogen and Oxygen. 2. You can separate the two by just putting a screen between the plates. 3. Both Hydrogen and Oxygen are needed to run the engine. 4. I am working on just that to run my car on just the gas being produced.

  • John, I meant to respond this earlier when I first seen it but I wouldn't try running an engine without outside air being available as it is the nitrogen in the atmospere that cushions the violate explosion inside the cylinder. Take that away and you may end up with a pile of junk.

  • I think you should do more research here. John AArons

  • Well John, I remember that you cranked your generator

using only the HHO piped into it, but man thats a whole lot smaller and there is some valve overlap too. But man this is some powerful stuff and I have seen less push a piston out the side of the block. I just don't want you to ruin your engine.

  • Thanks for your interest. John AArons

  • Hybrid mode most hope for if EFI engine, some decesnt % fuel savings. EFI engine will always inject a certain pre-prorammed amount of gasoine every revolution. This is maybe why savings start to hit a cieling after say so much % HHO. My 3.5L engine at 2000 RPM's pumps 7000 Lpm. I need 7Lpm for 1/1000th displacement = HHO.

  • Love your work John. I congratulate you for your forward thinking and persistence. We need more people like you. Some quick questions from my observations; Have you tried placing the cells horizontally instead of vertically? Placing them horizontally should help the bubbles to leave the surface of the cells faster. I have a feeling that the deeper in the solution the cells are, the more space you can leave at the top to collect the gases. Any sense in all this?

  • I have thought about that every day. Thinking that I could change the configuration to look like a battery, but at this point it is more important to get the car running on the cell than making that change. John AArons

  • Mr. Aarons,

I purchased all of the parts to replicate your system, though not through you; I hoped to do it cheaper and more quickly. In the end, my cost was only slightly cheaper than a ready-made unit from you. Add in the gas, time spent getting parts, & the "dirty work", & I realize now I would have saved myself a lot of hassle by ordering one of yours! Anyway... this is my thanks for your excellent work, & perhaps also my small suggestion to your other viewers. Thanks, & keep it up!

  • You know I couldn't make up my mind as to publish this or not. I thank you for your consideration and add this to tone it down. My videos and the items I sell are what they are. I have no hidden agenda; I just want to get my car running on Hydrogen on Demand. Thanks again John AArons

  • wood there be a problem with engine that have hi compresion!

  • I would have a problem with that since I don't know (now) if the Hydrogen would ignite too soon (before the piston reached the top of the stroke). I believe that could be solved, you need to do the research. John AArons

  • Well John, I haven't had any problems with the ign. timing on either one of my 2 chevy's And I just installed another HHO Generator which makes

a total of two my 04 Blazer. I adjusted and measured 5 to 6 amps across each of them with the electrolyte and disstilled water total 10 to 12 amps which really hauls the mail now. Haven't got any mpg data yet but I will if you're interested let me know. Later

  • Keep going... John AArons

  • John it seems that the lye, realy is pointless.. just use conventional tap water, cause those pinches of lye are not accurate.. Also i learnt as i was a pure beliver of not using neutral plates, but have discoverd a lesson, more hydrogen is being produced, neg neutral pos, neg neutral pos config and i appologise to joe cell for not being a firm beliver in his theory. cheers

  • As I am trying to be more tolerant; I respect you ideas... When I say pinch, if you listened you would have heard me say I was getting a better way to measure it. I wish you well in your project. John AArons

  • John, you know more about cars than you let on, good diagnosis

  • there is digital amps metre for car soundsystem with the fuses ,i spok to yo about my problem that i had, the sensor problem, the nock sensor ,i have the same engine as yours i think that hydrogen is to strong for the piston,i was assisting the car with h2o andim runing 14 plate 3inches by 6inches with ley, not much!and engine soon light up !

  • The piston problem is that the timing is has to be changed because the Hydrogen burns sooner than the gas so the piston doesn't have time to get to the top of the stroke. John AArons

  • There is a way to power time the engine to match whatever octane and/or lack of it to the power of the engine and it works best if the vehicle is an automatic trans. Just get some one to hold the brake while trans in gear an accelerate to 2000 rpm Then adj. ign.timing til the engine stops knocking which then should be your best setting. But check to make sure it doesn't knock under hard acc.

  • Thanks ... John AArons

  • All those who have run their cars on HHO say they had to greatly advance the timing...some even thing it is because HHO implodes instead of explodes. Implosion aside, advancing the timing seems to be necessary no matter what.

  • Thanks John. I was wondering about that myself. HHO does burn faster than gasoline. So stands to reason that you would need to adjust the timeing.

PLUS; it burns 3 to 4 times hotter. What are we going to do about that, Or is it not a problem ????

  • I don't believe that will be a problem because to run the engine it take less Hydrogen to do the same job. If that becomes a problem believe we will solve it. If we can run an engine using on demand Hydrogen... John AArons

  • Why not use more voltage than a single 12v battery? Like two, three, or more ? You could cut down on the amperage and still have the same wattage going into the cell with smaller wires to / from the battery.

  • I believe the amount of lye in the water will become another method refining the amps. I will stay with the 12 volt system for now. John AArons

  • I hope this one will help. I would like you to know that the size of plates matters. the more plate you add the more voltage and amps should be needed to produce enough HHO oversizing it will only suffer the alternator. drawing too much amps on a alternator will decrease the engine performance even with pwm. try decreasing your plates.

  • The amount of amp is dependant on the amount of lye in the water. There is a direct relationship between the amount of lye and the size of the plates. There is a sweet spot there that will give the best for the least. John AArons

  • The first step is to get the Hydrogen flowing. The interesting thing is that there seems to be a connection between the size of the plates and Amps. (Not lye). John AArons

  • Does it make any difference if you space pos/neg plate pairs some distance apart? Is it true you can tune the capacitance by changing the gap? Can you measure the cell's final C value by setting up an RC Timer with the cell as the Cap'? could this be a way to verify the dk of the water is the same for each experiment?

  • Have you already verified different concentrations of Lye don't matter? I read pdf's that say Salt as electrolyte (the kind that produces deadly Chlorine gas) has a specific desired concentration that outputs more HHO than other concentrations of same simple salt. You could use the same distilled/Lye solution in both containers by pouring from bigger to fill smaller and show differences side by side But titration would also garantee same dose for each expirent.

  • The amount of Lye only makes a difference when it comes to making the conduction between plates. The Amp are another thing... I am about to pin that down now. John AArons

  • John, New info, new discoveries, great videos!

Good luck on the upcoming Honda project, we'll all be watching anxiously. I'd like to say I'm a fan but I feel more like a diciple. Keep up the good work. Mozon1967

BTW-I'v started a tractor project(figure I'd start small) but having trouble finding SS suplier. Looking to try a series cell unit.

  • Thanks... you might go to my site "hydrogen tap dot com" I have the Stainless. Lets Do it ...John AArons

  • Thanks John, but I need custom sizes

    (7" x 7" blanks , 304 grade)

  • i cant wait~ full power HH0~
